  • Publication number: 20240026309
Abstract: This invention relates to a HEK-293 cell line that grows under animal component-free suspension conditions. This invention further relates a HEK-293 cell line that grows under adherent conditions. The cell lines may provide rapid and scalable production of adenoassociated virus (AAV) and support production of all serotypes and chimera of AAV.

  • Publication number: 20230102022
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for visually identifying quality of Lilii Bulbus, including: uniformly mixing an extracting solution of a Lilii Bulbus sample to be detected with gold-silver nanoclusters, standing the mixed extracting solution for reaction, and realizing visual identification of Lilii Bulbus quality according to information of color or information of fluorescence intensity of a detection system obtained after the reaction and response difference of the color or fluorescence of Lilii Bulbus samples with different quality. Compared with that existing detection method based on chromatography and the like, the method provided by the present application has the advantages of high stability, fast response, easy operation and portable devices in addition to a broad application prospect for industrial production.

  • Patent number: 11590210
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and materials useful for systemically delivering polynucleotides across the blood brain barrier using adeno-associated virus as a vector. For example, the present invention relates to methods and materials useful for systemically delivering ?-N-acetylglucosamidinase polynucleotides to the central and peripheral nervous systems, as well as the somatic system. Use of these methods and materials is indicated, for example, for treatment of the lysosomal storage disorder mucopolysaccharidosis IIIB. As another example, the present invention relates to methods and materials useful for systemically delivering N-sulphoglucosamine sulfphohydrolase polynucleotides to the central and peripheral nervous systems, as well as the somatic system. Use of this second type of methods and materials is indicated, for example, for treatment of the lysosomal storage disorder mucopolysaccharidosis IIIA.

  • Patent number: 11567009
Abstract: A method for identifying an origin of Chrysanthemi flos is provided, which belongs to the technical field of chemical analysis and detection, and comprises the following steps: mixing Chrysanthemi flos extract with aluminum ion solution, and gold nano-clusters (AuNCs) solution in a solvent, standing for reaction, detecting fluorescence intensity of Chrysanthemi flos, comparing the fluorescence intensity of Chrysanthemi flos to be detected with that of Chrysanthemi flos from a target origin, and determining whether they are from a same origin.
