    Abstract: A carrier device in semiconductor processing equipment includes a base and an edge ring. The base includes a base body configured to carry a wafer and has an outer diameter smaller than a diameter of the wafer. The edge ring surrounds the base and has an outer diameter greater than the diameter of the wafer. An outer circumferential surface of the base body faces and is spaced from an inner circumferential surface of the edge ring to form a first annular channel. The first annular channel communicates with a gas supply system. When the base body carries the wafer, an upper surface of the edge ring faces and is spaced from a lower surface of the wafer to form a second annular channel. The first annular channel communicates with the second annular channel.

    Abstract: An anode piece for a lithium battery having both high safety and high capacity, and a preparation method and a use therefor, the anode piece being mixed with a lithium-rich compound, the lithium-rich compound being at least one selected from lithium-rich manganese-based solid solution, a lithium-rich solid electrolyte or a lithium-separated silicon oxide. Li ions can be pulled away from the lithium-rich compound in extreme conditions such as overcharging, internal short circuiting, external short circuiting, thermal abuse, piercing, compressing or overheating, thereby filling in lithium vacancies in the anode material, stabilizing the crystal lattice structure of the anode material, improving safety performance in a battery manufactured by using the material, and allowing the anode piece to maintain excellent cycle performance at higher area capacities.

    Abstract: A flow regulating valve and a compressor with the flow regulating valve are disclosed. The flow regulating valve includes: a valve seat in which a passage is formed to allow fluid to enter; a guide member protruded outwards from the valve seat; a piston which is disposed on the outside of the valve seat, forms a fluid inlet with the valve seat, and is capable of being reciprocated along the guide member; and a biasing member biasing the piston in a direction away from the valve seat. A force exerted by the incoming fluid on the piston is opposite in direction to a biasing force exerted by the biasing member on the piston. The piston is able to be moved to different positions under the action of different forces to form fluid inlets of different widths with the valve seat, thereby controlling the mass flow rate of the incoming fluid (especially liquid).
