  • Patent number: 10426805
Abstract: Lactic acid bacteria according to the present invention is configured to enter M cells. The lactic acid bacteria allow galectin-9 to bind thereto by filamentation, and thus, galectin-9 which has passed through and has been expressed in the M cells binds to the filament lactic acid bacteria. Also, lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus salivarius AI-001) are provided by allowing filament lactic acid bacteria, to which galectin-9 binds, to bind to IgE antibodies so as to regulate the immunity system.

  • Patent number: 9265863
Abstract: [Problem] To provide M cells having excellent strength and anti-allergy activity and an artificial skin sheet formed from the M cells. [Solution] GP2 contained in the M cells is transferred to the intracellular tight junction and galectin 9 is expressed in the M cells. Moreover, a structure is formed in which both GP2 and galectin 9 are present at the M cell surface.

  • Patent number: 8435742
Abstract: [Object] It is to provide a method and a kit capable of detecting or quantifying a target RNA simply and rapidly from trace amounts of RNA in a sample, in a case such as when one or more kinds of pathogenic microorganisms are to be detected or quantified. [Solving Means] The method comprises the steps of 1) synthesizing cDNA from a sample containing the target RNA using a liquid-phase primer having a promoter sequence and a reverse transcriptase to obtain a cDNA-RNA complex, 2) degrading the RNA of the complex, 3) synthesizing a double-stranded DNA via the cDNA obtained in the step 2) and the solid-phase primer, 4) synthesizing RNA from the double-stranded DNA, 5) synthesizing cDNA via the RNA obtained in the step 4) and the solid-phase primer to obtain a cDNA-RNA complex, 6) degrading the RNA of the complex obtained in step 5), 7) synthesizing a double-stranded DNA via the cDNA obtained in the step 6) and the liquid-phase primer, and 8) quantifying the double-stranded DNAs obtained in the steps 3) and 7).

  • Publication number: 20130064987
Abstract: A photo-reactive composition layer is formed on a support with transparency while moving the support with transparency in one direction. The support is reversed as to be moved in a direction opposite to the one direction to generate a serpentine transport path, whereby the supports prior to reverse and subsequent to reverse face to each other serpentinely. Light from lamps for ultraviolet-ray emission is applied to the support, and every photo-reactive composition layer on the support serpentinely is photo-polymerized while light is transmitted through the support and the photo-reactive composition layer formed on the support.
