  • Publication number: 20180277074
Abstract: A musical sound generation device including a first memory having a plurality of storage areas where waveform data is read out and stored, a waveform generator which functions as a plurality of waveform generating sections each of which generates a waveform for emitting a sound by reading out waveform data from a selected storage area of the first memory; and a control processor which determines, when an instruction for sound emission is provided, a combination of a waveform generating section and a storage area to be used for the instructed sound emission, based on a status of reading waveform data from each storage area by each waveform generating section.

  • Publication number: 20180277073
Abstract: A musical sound generation device including a first memory having a plurality of waveform data, a second memory which stores waveform data read out from the first memory, and a control processor which controls such that, when a sound emission instruction is provided and specified waveform data is in the second memory, the waveform data is read out by the sound source processor, or controls such that, when a sound emission instruction is provided and specified waveform data is not in the second memory, the specified waveform data is transferred from the first memory to the second memory and read out by the sound source processor, in which the control processor controls such that waveform data satisfying a set condition is not subjected to a waveform data change by the transfer and waveform data not satisfying the set condition is subjected to the waveform data change by the transfer.

  • Patent number: 8937238
Abstract: A CPU sets a first key-press pitch as a first target value; sets the immediately-preceding key-press pitch as a first starting point; emits the first key-press pitch sound therefrom with portamento toward the first target value; sets the second key-press pitch as a second target value; sets a pitch obtained by adding a pitch difference between the first and second key-press pitches to the pitch of the above-described sound as a second starting point; emits the second key-press pitch sound therefrom with portamento toward the second target value; sets the third key-press pitch as a third target value; sets a pitch obtained by adding a pitch difference between the second and third key-press pitches to the pitch of the sound being emitted with portamento toward the second target value as a third starting point; and emits the third key-press pitch sound therefrom with portamento toward the third target value.

  • Patent number: 8891871
Abstract: One system to which the present invention is applied obtains the digitized form image of a form, recognizes a character string existing in the obtained form image, extracts a headline wording being a predetermined character string from the recognized character strings, determines a table structure existing in the form image, on the basis of the extracted headline wording and the arrangement of headline wordings in the form image and specifies a correspondence relationship between a headline wording and a character string other than the headline wording that is recognized, using the determination result.

  • Patent number: 8577147
Abstract: An objective is to eliminate dotted lines in a character box in image data to increase the character recognition rate. There are some cases in which a dotted line candidate cannot be extracted due to many overlapping parts of dotted lines and characters or due to a blurry part in a dotted line. In such cases, the position of a dotted line candidate is estimated referring to features such as the interval, length, width, etc. of a dotted line candidate in the same character box (or in a character box for another relevant item), and image data of the estimated position and image data of a previously extracted dotted line (or a reference dotted line) are compared to determine whether or not they are an identical dotted line.

  • Patent number: 8189921
Abstract: The present invention firstly roughly classifies an analysis range specified by the operator in the color image data of a form into background, a character frame and a character, precisely specifies a character frame on the basis of the classification result, eliminates the character from the color image data from which the background is eliminated and recognizes the remaining character.

  • Patent number: 6589117
Abstract: A fishing game system is designed to sufficiently reproduce a feeling of actual fishing with a simple mechanism. A fishing game system includes a display device for displaying an image, an input device from which a signal is outputted in response to operation by a player, and a game control device for referring to the signal outputted from the input device to perform a fishing game on a screen of the display device in accordance with a predetermined procedure. The input device includes an operation lever operable in a lateral direction as well as a forward-backward direction to the player, and a handle arranged on the operation lever rotatably operable about an axial line in the lateral direction. The operation of the operation lever in the forward-backward direction corresponds to the up and down operation of an actual fishing rod, while the operation of the operation lever in the lateral direction corresponds to the lateral-directional operation of the fishing rod.
