  • Patent number: 9485842
Abstract: A lighting system includes a lighting fixture, a demand controller and a control board. The demand controller obtains power usage of a plurality of devices including the lighting fixture and, outputs a demand signal depending on the power usage obtained. The control board includes a switch provided on a power line and a switch controller that interrupts supply of power over the power line for a predetermined period of time by controlling the switch based on the output demand signal. The lighting fixture includes a light emitter, a detector, and a controller that causes the light emitter to emit light in a second dimming state darker than a first dimming state in which the light emitter emitted light immediately before the detection, if the detector detects that the supply of power has been interrupted for the predetermined period of time.

  • Patent number: 4724494
Abstract: In a recording apparatus frequency modulators (25-28) are provided for carriers having different frequencies with an information signal. The different frequency carriers are sequentially combined by a switch (12) and applied to a recording head in response to the head being shifted from one track to the next to record each of the carriers on a different track, so that there is a difference in frequency between carriers recorded on adjacent tracks. During playback, the frequency-modulated carriers are sequentially reproduced and separated by band-pass filters (25-24) into individual carriers, frequency-demodulated respectively by demodulators (29-32) and sequentially combined by a switch (33) to form the original information signal. Tracking control circuit (100) is provided to control the lateral position of the transducer head in response to the carriers which are derived from tracks on opposite sides of the track being scanned.

  • Patent number: 4450487
Abstract: A remote-control unit for producing operating mode-control signals of a video signal recording/reproducing apparatus is detachably attached to the body of a television camera. The output signals of the remote-control unit are fed via wires included in the camera body to some wires of a television camera cable which is connected to the recording/reproducing apparatus when using the camera. The output signals of the remote-control unit may be applied via its cable or via conductors attached to the housing of the unit to the camera. A wireless remote-control unit arranged to emit light rays may be attached to the camera body so that the light rays are received by a photosensitive element provided to the camera. In order that the remote-control unit may be used together with and independently of the camera, the pins of a remote-control unit cable jack of the recording/reproducing apparatus are connected to some pins of a camera cable jack of the apparatus.
