  • Publication number: 20130086345
Abstract: In a storage apparatus, when a received backup instruction is a backup start instruction, a control unit performs a backup process from a position indicated by an available area start pointer. When the received backup instruction is a backup end instruction, the control unit releases an allocated backup area. In addition, the control unit determines whether the released backup area is adjacent to a position indicated by an available area end pointer. If determining that the released backup are is adjacent to the position indicated by the available area end pointer, the control unit moves the available area end pointer indicating the end of an available area to the end of the released backup area.

  • Publication number: 20110288800
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel measurement method for system parameters of a 5-port junction used in a VNA (Vector Network Analyzer). A VNA is a device for measuring amplitude ratios and phase differences (S-parameters: scattering matrix elements) between incident waves and reflected waves of a DUT (Device Under Test), or between input waves and transmitted waves. What has been newly discovered is that for 5 ports, S-parameters can be expressed by a linear coupling using H and power difference ratios ({P(S)/P(0)}?1). It is possible to easily calculate parameter H using a minimum of three already known standards, and amount of calculation can be reduced compared to conventionally.

  • Publication number: 20100222488
Abstract: This invention relates to an oil-extended natural rubber capable of improving a tensile strength and a wear resistance of a rubber composition, and more particularly to an oil-extended natural rubber formed by adding an emulsified extension oil to a natural rubber latex and further coagulating and drying them. An amount of the extension oil added is preferable to be within a range of 5-80% by mass based on a rubber component in the natural rubber latex and the oil-extended natural rubber is preferable to have a weight average molecular weight as converted to polystyrene of a rubber component of not less than 1,500,000.

  • Patent number: 7741399
Abstract: Disclosed is a rubber composition having excellent low loss characteristics and capable of imparting a tire with wear resistance and fracture resistance. The rubber composition is obtained by blending a carbon black, which has a toluene coloring transmittance of not less than 90% while satisfying the following relation between the hydrogen emission rate (mass %) and the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide adsorption specific surface area (CTAB) (m2/g): the hydrogen emission rate >0.260?6.25×10?4×CTAB, into a modified natural rubber which is obtained by adding a polar group-containing monomer into a natural rubber latex for graft-polymerizing the polar group-containing monomer to a natural rubber molecule in the natural rubber latex, and then solidifying and drying the resulting product.
