  • Publication number: 20240094199
Abstract: A method for detecting a target nucleic acid fragment in a sample includes a step of contacting the sample with a gRNA complementary to the target nucleic acid fragment, a Cas protein, and a substrate nucleic acid fragment, in which the Cas protein is immobilized on a solid phase, a substrate nucleic acid fragment is labeled with a fluorescent substance and a quencher, in a case of being cleaved by nuclease activity of a three-part complex of the Cas protein, the gRNA, and the target nucleic acid fragment, fluorescent light is emitted, the contact is performed in a reaction space having a volume of 10 aL to 100 pL, thereby forming the three-part complex in a case where the target nucleic acid fragment is present in the sample, cleaving the substrate nucleic acid fragment, and separating the fluorescent substance from the quencher; and detecting the fluorescent light, in which the detection of the fluorescent light indicates the presence of the target nucleic acid fragment in the sample.

  • Publication number: 20240079262
Abstract: A support stage includes a base portion, a support portion that is erected at a peripheral edge portion of the base portion and with which one surface of a wafer is to be come into contact, a suction groove that is provided at the support portion and to which a suction force with respect to the one surface is to be given, an ejecting hole that is provided in an inward portion of the base portion and by which a gas is to be ejected toward the one surface, and an exhaust hole that is provided in at least either one of the base portion and the support portion and by which a gas is to be discharged from a space between the base portion, the support portion, and the one surface.

  • Patent number: 9599015
Abstract: A device for utilizing waste heat from an engine, which is provided with a Rankine cycle device having an expander bypass passage and a bypass valve that opens and closes the expander bypass passage, and transmits the output torque Tr of the Rankine cycle device to the engine, estimates the output torque Tr of the Rankine cycle device accurately. An output calculation part includes a torque estimation portion that estimates the torque of an expander. The torque estimation portion has a first torque estimation equation corresponding to an opening position of a bypass valve, and a second torque estimation equation corresponding to a closed position of the bypass valve. The output calculation part calculates an output torque Tr of a Rankine cycle device, based on a torque estimated value by the first or second torque estimation equation.

  • Publication number: 20150176482
Abstract: Device for utilizing waste heat from an engine provided with a Rankine cycle device having an expander bypass passage opened and closed by a bypass valve, and transmits the output of the Rankine cycle device to the engine, estimates the output of the Rankine cycle device accurately regardless of an open or closed state of the bypass valve and thereby enables appropriate output control of the engine. An output calculation part 42 includes a torque estimation portion 421 that estimates the torque of an expander 23 with first and second torque estimation equations corresponding, respectively, to states in which a bypass valve 27 is open or closed. The output calculation part 42 calculates an output of a Rankine cycle device 2A, based on the estimated torque value. The calculated output of the Rankine cycle device 2A is output to an engine control unit 12.

  • Patent number: 4225352
Abstract: An anti-corrosive pigment comprises an ion oxide-calcium oxide sintered composite of an average particle size in a range of 0.7-7 .mu.m, which contains at least 25% by weight of 2CaO.Fe.sub.2 O.sub.3 and has a extremely low water-solubility of calcium content. An anti-corrosive aqueous paints contains the above pigment and has a superior storage stability without causing a gellation.
