  • Patent number: 11852710
Abstract: Provided is a face-to-face situation determination system in which a first beacon, which is a beacon carried by a first user, transmits a first signal including information identifying the first beacon. A second beacon, which is a beacon carried by a second user, upon receiving the first signal from the first beacon, transmits, toward a control device, a second signal including information identifying the first beacon, a first signal reception intensity, and information identifying the second beacon. The control device receives the second signal and, on the basis of the first signal reception strength included in the second signal, determines that the first user and the second user are facing each other if the first signal reception strength is greater than or equal to a first threshold value for a predetermined period or longer, and determines that the first user and the second user are facing one direction.

  • Patent number: 10444614
Abstract: A screen with a high flatness where no distortion arises in a central portion of the screen can be obtained. A first thickness of a portion other than a plurality of inclined portions that reflects to the front a obliquely-incident projection light is no more than 2 times a second thickness of the inclined portion. Moreover, a width is about 1550 mm, a height is about 900 mm, and when the reflective screen is suspended so a vertically-downward pulling load is about 3 kg, in a first region that includes the central portion of the reflective screen but does not include an end portion of the reflective screen, no shift arises in an image displayed on the reflective screen between when a reference line passing through a substantially central portion of the reflective screen at an incidence angle of about 15 degrees and when the reference line is projected at an incidence angle of about 60 degrees.

  • Patent number: 7262911
Abstract: A reflex-type screen includes a base which has saw-tooth appearance, and an optical absorption layer on one edge of each saw-tooth of the base. The base consists of white resin and includes a plurality of projector side inclined planes and non-projector side inclined planes, which are alternately provided to form the saw-tooth appearance. The projector side inclined planes are oriented so that the image light from the projector may be incident on them, while the non-projector side inclined planes are oriented so that the image light from the projector may not be incident on them. The optical absorption layer is formed on each of the non-projector side inclined planes of the base to absorb the light. The projector side inclined plane reflects the image light just in front of the observer of the reflex-type screen from the projector.

  • Patent number: 7110176
Abstract: A reflex-type screen for reflecting obliquely projected light from a projector to a front of the screen. The screen includes a light absorbing base material and a plurality of inclined planes disposed on the base material. The planes are arranged such that projected light do not enter non-projector side inclined planes, and the projector side and non-projector side planes alternate to form a saw-tooth shaped arrangement. A light reflecting white resin layer is disposed on the projector side planes to reflect light from the projector to the front of the screen. A transparent light diffusing layer including binding agent and diffusing agent is formed to cover the white resin layer and the base material, including all inclined planes. The non-projector side inclined planes absorbs incident light and the diffusing layer diffuses light reflected by the white resin layer.
