Publication number: 20240077068Abstract: A gas cooler includes a drain recovery part, a drain discharge flow path, a drain tank, and a ventilation flow path. In the drain recovery part, drain separated from gas is accumulated by cooling the gas in a cooling part. The drain tank includes a separation part in which the drain and the gas are separated, and a storage part in which the separated drain is stored. The drain discharge flow path has one end communicating with the drain recovery part and the other end communicating with the separation part. The ventilation flow path has one end communicating with the separation part, and the other end communicating with a gas flow path that leads to a downstream space above the drain recovery part and to a gas lead-out port.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 13, 2022Publication date: March 7, 2024Applicant: KOBELCO COMPRESSORS CORPORATIONInventors: Noboru TSUBOI, Hajime NAKAMURA, Junichiro TOTSUKA, Kazuya HIRATA

Patent number: 7296800Abstract: A seal device that includes a seal portion protruding from a resilient body member in a common direction with a seal lip member. The seal portion being shorter in length and having a thickness that is thinner than the lip seal member. A gap is defined between an action diameter surface of the seal lip member and one of either a retainer portion or a ring member, wherein the seal portion contacts the other one of the retainer portion or ring member. A pressure receiving groove is defined between the seal lip member and the seal portion, and is in communication with the gap.Type: GrantFiled: November 19, 2004Date of Patent: November 20, 2007Assignees: Eagle Industry Co., Ltd., Shin Caterpillar Mitsubishi Ltd.Inventors: Hajime Tsuboi, Toshiya Fuke, Norio Fukushima

Patent number: 7093836Abstract: A seal device includes a first resilient seal ring having a first resilient seal portion and first and second seal portions; and a second resilient seal ring. The first resilient seal portion urges a first seal surface of the first seal ring against the second seal surface of the second seal ring. The second seal portion mates with the first retainer portion of the first seal ring, while the first seal portion is in a sealing relation with one component. The second resilient seal ring has a second resilient seal portion, and first and second seal portions. The second resilient seal portion urges a second seal surface of the second seal ring against the first seal surface of the first seal ring, while the second seal portion mates with the second retainer portion of the second seat ring.Type: GrantFiled: June 17, 2004Date of Patent: August 22, 2006Assignee: Eagle Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hajime Tsuboi, Hideki Maruyama
