The display panel includes a first substrate, light-emitting devices the first substrate, and an encapsulation layer on the light-emitting devices and in the display area and the peripheral area. The color converting panel includes a second substrate, a first color filter, a second color filter, and a third color filter on the second substrate and in the display area and the peripheral area, and a partition wall and a dummy partition wall on the first-third color filters. At least one of the first color filter, the second color filter, and the third color filter has an opening in the peripheral area, and the dummy partition wall overlaps the opening.
