Abstract: An electroluminescent display device includes an electroluminescent display device includes a substrate; a first pixel row on the substrate including a first plurality of pixels arranged along a first direction; a second pixel row on the substrate including a second plurality of pixels arranged along the first direction, the second pixel row being spaced apart from the first pixel row in a second direction; a first groove between the first and second pixel rows; and a light emitting diode in each pixel of the first and second pixel rows, wherein the first groove includes a first portion at one end of the first pixel row, a second portion at the other end of the first pixel row and a third portion between the first and second portions, and wherein third portion is smaller than the first portion and greater than the second portion.

Abstract: Proposed is a method for representing a location in a three-dimensional space as a coordinate by using a solid figure. The method includes: partitioning a solid base block into a plurality of blocks, the solid base block indicating the three-dimensional space predetermined; allocating a block value to each of the blocks resulting from partitioning; and repeating a block partitioning process and a block value allocation process for each of the blocks resulting from partitioning, wherein on the basis of the block values of the blocks that have been obtained, a particular location in the three-dimensional space is represented as a coordinate and identified.

Abstract: A deposition source includes first and second modules to store a deposition material, and to heat and evaporate the deposition material, a plurality of nozzles in each of the first and second modules to spray an evaporated deposition material, and first and second angle restriction plates along the first and second modules to limit a movement direction of the evaporated deposition material sprayed from the nozzles, wherein the first and second angle restriction plates are parallel to each other, and heights of first upper portions of the first and second angle restriction plates are lower than heights of second upper portions of the first and second angle restriction plates, the first upper portions being between the first and second modules, and the second upper portions being along the first and second modules.

An organic layer deposition apparatus is suitable for mass production of organic light-emitting display apparatuses on large-size substrates, and enables high-precision patterning. A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display apparatus by using the organic layer deposition apparatus, and an organic light-emitting display apparatus manufactured using the method, are disclosed.
