Abstract: Disclosed is a thread supplying apparatus for an embroidering machine, including: at least one pair of guides which comprises a thread guiding part formed with a thread moving path guiding each thread supplied from a plurality of bobbins to a needle working part and is continually formed along the thread moving path and coupled to each other with a spacing portion therebetween; a thread spacer member to take up the thread passed through the spacing portion and to space the thread from the thread moving path to put the thread on a standby state in which the thread standbys to be supplied to the needle working part from a working state in which the thread moves to the needle working part; and a thread maintaining member provided in the thread guiding part and to apply a tension force to the thread spaced from the thread moving path, and to maintain the thread on the standby state.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a thread feeding apparatus for an embroidering machine, comprising a thread tension adjuster including a thread tension adjusting body and a thread winding unit; a thread take-up unit including a thread retainer and oscillating to tense and release the upper thread; a thread take-out unit including a thread take-out lever and retaining the upper thread; a driver driving the thread winding unit to rotate and the thread take-out lever to reciprocate; a rotating motion transformer rotating the thread winding unit to wind the upper thread on the thread tension adjusting body; and a straight line motion transformer and moving the thread take-out lever to retain the upper thread on the thread retainer. Thus, a single driver is used for winding an upper thread and retaining the upper thread, thereby enhancing productivity. Further, the number of components is reduced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a sewing machine comprising a needle bar mounted with a needle reciprocating within a predetermined sewing work section, and a needle bar driver to drive the needle bar to reciprocate, the sewing machine further comprising a lifting unit to lift up and down the needle bar to make the needle get out of the sewing work section and reach a predetermined auxiliary work position; and a lifting driver driving the lifting unit to be lifted up and down. Thus, the present invention provides a sewing machine capable of decreasing work inconvenience and enhancing work efficiency.

Abstract: A thread feeding apparatus for an automatic embroidering machine comprises a thread supplying unit to supply one upper thread selected among a plurality of upper threads different in color; a pair of thread guides formed with a thread guiding channel to guide the upper thread supplied from the thread supplying unit, and continuously formed along a thread transferring path of the thread guiding channel, leaving a space portion; a thread take-up unit provided with a thread retainer to retain the upper thread, oscillating between a top dead point and a bottom dead point, and strengthening and releasing the tension of the upper thread; and a thread take-out unit comprising a thread take-out lever to hold and take out the upper thread passing through the space portion, and a thread take-out driver to reciprocate the thread take-out lever to put the upper thread held by the thread take-out lever into the thread retainer.

Thus, the present invention provides a needle threading machine, in which a thread is stably hooked on a hook, thereby reducing a defective needle threading work and enhancing productivity.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an operating method of an embroidering machine comprising a thread feeder, a needle working unit having a needle, a thread feeding unit forming a thread transferring path and having an upper thread feeder and a threader, a cut-thread sensor to sense whether the upper thread is cut, and a cutting unit to cut the upper thread, the operating method comprising controlling the cut-thread sensor to sense whether the upper thread is cut; stopping the needle working unit to operate; recovering the cut upper thread from the needle working unit; and driving the upper thread feeder to feed the needle working unit with a new upper thread to be threaded through the needle. Thus, it is possible to reduce time taken to feed a needle working unit with an upper thread when the upper thread is cut, thereby enhancing productivity and implementing an automation system thereof.
