  • Publication number: 20240092997
Abstract: A rubber composition comprising a zinc oxide which comprises aluminum and iron. The zinc oxide's content of the iron is preferably 15 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less and the zinc oxide's content of the aluminum is 40 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less. The zinc oxide's ratio of a content of the iron to a content of the aluminum is preferably 0.2 to 2.3. The zinc oxide's content of the iron is preferably 15 ppm or more and 80 ppm or less. The rubber composition is used for rubber-steel cord composites.

  • Publication number: 20240092996
Abstract: A rubber composition for tire treads comprising zinc oxide wherein the zinc oxide contains aluminum and iron. It is preferred that the zinc oxide has a content of the iron of 15 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less and a content of the aluminum of 40 ppm or more and 100 ppm or less. It is more preferred that the zinc oxide has a ratio of a content of the iron to a content of the aluminum of 0.2 to 2.3. It is more preferred that the zinc oxide has a content of the iron of 15 ppm or more and 80 ppm or less.

  • Patent number: 11912866
Abstract: The present invention provides a rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber which can achieve a balance of a low dynamic magnification and a high dampening property when it is made into an anti-vibration rubber, as well as provides an anti-vibration rubber obtained from the rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber as a raw material. The object can be solved by a rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber, including: when a rubber component included in the rubber composition is assumed to be 100 parts by mass, 10 to 30 parts by mass of a polystyrene butadiene rubber; and 40 to 00 parts by mass of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber and a polyisoprene rubber. It is preferable to provide an anti-vibration rubber formed through vulcanization of the rubber composition for anti-vibration rubber, and that it has a peak of tan ? at 10° C. or more.

  • Publication number: 20220098386
Abstract: A rubber composition has a rubber component, sulfur, a bismaleimide compound, and a compound represented by Formula (I) below: wherein R1 is an alkylene group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R2 and R3 are each independently an aromatic hydrocarbon or an alkyl group having 4 or more carbon atoms. The rubber composition has a content of the sulfur of 0.3 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of a total amount of the rubber component. The rubber composition preferably further has a compound represented by Formula (2) below: [Formula 2] R4—S—(CH2)x—S—R4 ??(2) wherein x is an integer of 2 to 12, and R4 is a thiocarbamoyl group having an aromatic hydrocarbon or a fatty acid hydrocarbon in a molecular structure, a benzothiazole group having an aromatic hydrocarbon or a fatty acid hydrocarbon, or an —SO3?Na group.

  • Publication number: 20220089833
Abstract: A rubber composition has a rubber component and recycled carbon black. The recycled carbon black has an ash content of 13% by mass or more. The rubber composition preferably further has a silane coupling agent. The rubber composition preferably has a content of the recycled carbon black of 5 to 60 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of a total amount of the rubber component.

  • Patent number: 11254806
Abstract: A rubber composition for vibrationproof rubber is disclosed in which when a total amount of one or more rubber components is regarded as 100 parts by mass, a solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is included in an amount of 85 to 100 parts by mass. This solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is a rubber in which an amount-proportion of styrene is from 10 to 45% by mass, and an amount-proportion of vinyl is from 30 to 65% by mass. The solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is preferably a modified solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber. When the total amount of rubber components is regarded as 100 parts by mass, the solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber is preferably included therein in an amount of 90 to 100 parts by mass. A carbon black is preferably included therein in an amount of 30 to 100 parts by mass for the same 100 parts by mass.
