Abstract: A suction tip for a surgical instrument includes a hollow housing having a top flat wall and a bottom flat wall and including a proximal end and a distal end. The distal end has a widened tip portion that is wider than the proximal end. The distal end may have a plurality of suction ports located at its front, top, right side and left side of the widened tip portion. Furthermore a ledge portion may protrude outwardly past a terminal end of the top flat wall to provide a clear space between the suction ports and tissue for evacuation of fluid in the clear space. Furthermore, the ledge portion which protrude outwardly may have bended tip in desire degrees and shapes.

Abstract: A foldable, adjustable assembly free sport goal apparatus is presented here. This goal provides complete folding of the apparatus into sticks. The goal is also adjustable in length and height without any need for disassembly/assembly or any need for any tools. The sport goal has added on features for hard floor playground to secure the goal by means of vacuum plates mounted on the back side poles, and a foot activated insertion device for soft or grass playground.

Abstract: A wristband device holder is worn as such. The device provides a quick release holding capability for handheld devices. It also provides hands free operation of the handheld devices as described. The holder apparatus include a rotatable base for the handheld device. It also has additional feature where the handheld device can be lifted and positioned as such in any angle or position in space. This feature facilitates to observe the screen/window of the handheld device and to be able to operate it (dial, push buttons, and turn knobs) hands free. The handheld device is secured to the wristband holder primarily via clip-on property. Other manner of attaching the handheld devices to the holder can be via magnets, or hooks and loops.

Abstract: An improved suction tip for a surgical instrument is disclosed. The suction tip covers a wider range of evacuation area without creating any trauma to surrounding tissues. The proximal end of suctioning tip has a plurality of suction ports located at its front, top, right side and left side of the widen tip portion. Furthermore a ledge member is extending out from its frontal widen tip portion for propose of abutting the tissue and providing a clear spacing between the suction ports and the tissue for means of evacuation and collections of fluid in specified area.

This device provide hands free operation for a handheld device in which the driver's hands fully positions on steering wheel and driver have full attention to the road while driving. The holder apparatus include a rotatable platform which attachably connected to a base via a magnet or clips.

Abstract: An anesthesia tube assembly with a fixture that can secure an anesthesia tube to a patient. The fixture can be secured to a patient with a strap. The tube can be inserted into a channel of the fixture.
