Abstract: Culture media for use in the growth of mutant bacteria, particularly for the growth of sub-types of bacteria, generally known as cell wall deficient organisms, especially spirochetes. A method for reliably and reproducibly culturing various forms of cell wall deficient organisms from the blood of ill patients, and particularly for reliably and reproducibly culturing spirochetes from the blood and other body fluids of patients with chronic Lyme Disease or with multiple sclerosis.
