    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for providing dynamic power sharing at a user equipment (UE). A first uplink transmission is configured on a secondary cell group (SCG). An offset from a starting symbol of the first uplink transmission is determined, by the UE, based on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) preparation time for a PUSCH timing capability. Based on the offset, a group of overlapping uplink transmissions on a master cell group (MCG) is defined. A total power is shared among uplink transmissions in the group of overlapping uplink transmissions on the MCG and the first uplink transmission on the SCG.
