    Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes a substrate, a gate electrode on the substrate, a gate insulating layer on the substrate and the gate electrode, a first semiconductor layer on the gate insulating layer, a second semiconductor layer on the first semiconductor layer, and a conductive layer on the second semiconductor layer. The conductive layer includes a data line and source and drain electrodes. The first semiconductor layer is wider than the conductive layer.
