The first and second hub units are mounted on the actuation axle to be spaced apart from each other, and to rotate with the actuation axle about a rotation axis. Each of the elastic members is disposed between the first and second hub units, and has a radial elastic force relative to the rotation axis. The pliable dispenser web is configured to wrap around the elastic members, and can be deformed in compliance with a topology of an attachment region of a shoe component against the radial elastic force.

Abstract: A system for determining an amount of glue applied to a shoe portion includes a lighting device, an image capturing device and a processor. The lighting device illuminates the shoe portion with light beams that have wavelengths within a predetermined range. The image capturing device captures an image associated with the shoe portion under illumination of the light beams, and outputs the image associated with the shoe portion. The processor obtains chromaticity values of pixels selected from an instance of the image associated with the shoe portion that is applied with glue, and generates a result of estimation regarding the amount of the glue applied to the shoe portion based on the chromaticity values and at least one reference value.

Abstract: A gripping apparatus includes a frame unit, a gripping unit, a driving unit and a pushing unit. The gripping unit includes two gripping claws. The driving unit includes a central shaft unit and an actuating mechanism operable to move the central shaft unit such that the gripping claws are converted to grip a gripped portion of a shoe last or release the gripped portion. The pushing unit includes a driving mechanism and a pushing seat drivable by the driving mechanism to move to a lifted position to be in contact with the gripped portion. The frame unit includes two positioning members each having a positioning groove spatially communicated with a receiving space defined between the gripping claws and receiving a part of the gripped portion.
