  • Publication number: 20240148999
Abstract: A patient interface including a plenum chamber, a first seal-forming structure for forming a seal around the patient's mouth, and a second seal-forming structure for forming a seal around the patient's nares. The patient interface further includes at least one stopper rib disposed in the cavity of the plenum chamber spaced apart from the first seal-forming structure in a rest position. The first seal-forming structure configured to contact the at least one stopper rib in an operational position. The at least one stopper rib configured to oppose compression of the first seal-forming structure in an anterior direction. The second seal-forming structure is not configured to contact the at least one stopper rib.

  • Patent number: 9923102
Abstract: A solar cell includes a semiconductor substrate, a passivation layer, a back electrode layer, and several bus bars. The semiconductor substrate has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite with each other. The passivation layer is disposed at the lower surface and includes several blank regions and several first openings. Each first opening is not located in the blank regions. The bus bars are respectively disposed on the blank regions of the passivation layer. The back electrode layer is disposed on the passivation layer and electrically connected to the semiconductor substrate through the first openings. The back electrode layer includes several second openings corresponding to the bus bars, respectively. The size of each second opening is not greater than the size of the corresponding bus bar, so that the back electrode layer is electrically connected to the bus bars.

  • Publication number: 20140366937
Abstract: A solar cell is disclosed, which includes: a semiconductor substrate, an anti-reflective layer, a passivation layer, a back electrode and back bus bar. The semiconductor substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The anti-reflective layer is disposed on the first surface. The back electrode is a continuous electrode or a flat electrode overlapping the whole back side of the solar cell. The continuous electrode or the flat electrode connects to the semiconductor substrate through a continuous opening. In another embodiment, the continuous electrode is passing through the passivation layer directly and connecting to the semiconductor substrate. That is, the solar cell includes a continuous opening or a continuous electrode.
