  • Publication number: 20170035152
Abstract: A nonskid spike structure is molded with the sole of a snowshoe or particular nonskid shoe, mainly comprising a large top end plate on the top edge of a metal spike body at the sole face and a middle plate with a smaller diameter spaced apart therefrom and positioned below the lower edge thereof, thereby forming a double-layer top edge. A central spike rod is extended downward with a convex spike head rod from the bottom thereof, allowing it to be inserted in a mold directly and integrated with the rubber sole upon molding, achieving the simple positioning in the mold and molding without deflection upon pressing, thereby allowing sole rubber material to cover the spike body directly. Whereby, the spike will not take off through the stable combination of the double plate edge and sole material, achieving the nonskid and safe effect upon the treading of the spikes on an icy surface.

  • Publication number: 20150342299
Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-slip safety device, which is a structural design for providing anti-slip safety for a rubber/plastic surface layer, particularly a snow shoe and a tire, to provide an effect of anti-slip ground-engaging for use safety, and which generally includes anti-slip elements made of a stiff material or a metal, arranged in a spaced manner along a longitudinal axis by being deposited in spacing troughs formed in an arrangement of slip-resistant embossed patterns provided on a sole undersurface or a tire tread and integrally molded with a molding rubber/plastic material in such a way to form raised edge faces that are slightly outward projecting portions having a height substantially flush with the embossed patterns, whereby for walking on a snowed and iced surface, the stiff raised edge faces may successively bite into the snowed and iced surface to achieve an effect of anti-slip safety for use.

  • Patent number: 8695234
Abstract: An improved anti-slip spike structure is provided, which is used in soles of snow shoes or special anti-slip shoes. In this structure, an anti-slip spike is mainly arranged on a sole surface. An external side of a metal spike body is wrapped with a hard rubber body into a solid cylindrical rod-shaped rubber spike. Then, the solid cylindrical rod-shaped rubber spike is placed into a shaping module to be integrally formed with a rubber sole. Since the rubber spike is entirely wrapped and has a large placement plane, it is easy to position the rubber spike in a mold. In addition, when the rubber spike is pressed to be shaped, the spike does not skew or shift and is homogeneously shaped with the rubber, so that the spike is completely joined to the sole. In this way, the sole is provided with comfort and flexibility, as well as firm joining against trampling and significant anti-slip safety and practicability.

  • Publication number: 20130000157
Abstract: An improved sole structure comprises a main body, an intermediate layer, and a decorative strip. The main body, being made of fresh rubber material having good physical properties, has a bottom surface provided with anti-slip ribs and a top surface defining a recess having specific depths respectively for a heel portion and a sole portion thereof. The intermediate layer, being made of mixture of recycled materials, is shaped to conform to the recess of the main body. The intermediate layer is disposed in the recess of the main body to be heated and pressed to fill the recess of the main body. The decorative strip, being made of fresh rubber material, is bonded to the main body along the periphery of the main body without stitching threads. Therefore, the sole structure has a flat top surface, a wear resistance and anti-slip characteristics, and can provide comfort in walking.

  • Publication number: 20120144702
Abstract: A shoe sole made of recycled shoes is provided, which uses recycled used shoes as a primary constituent of the raw material thereof; wherein general waste shoes or used shoes are recycled completely regardless the materials they have. After being processed to remove metal accessories, the recycled shoes are pulverized to form particles recycled raw material, which is then subjected to high temperature deodorization and drying. The materials of the whole shoes that are recycled is applied, at a percentage of 20-80%, depending upon the desired property of the shoe sole to be made, and added with 5-50% of natural and synthetic rubber material and a proper amount of curing additives, activation prompting agents, and filling agents, followed by uniformly mixing to make a shoe outsole having the desired property. As such, the used shoes can be totally recycled and reused.

  • Publication number: 20100325921
Abstract: An environmental-protection shoe sole made of complete recycled shoes is provided, which uses recycled used shoes as a primary constituent of the raw material thereof, which used shoes, after being processed to remove metal accessories mounted inside and outside the shoes, are subjected to shredding pulverization by a shredding pulverization machine and are then subjected to application steam for high temperature heating for deodorization and drying to form tiny pieces of recycled raw material, which can be used as a raw material for making shoe soles. This raw material is further mixed with a base rubber and a suitable amount of curing additives, activation prompting agents, and filling agents to form a moldable shoe sole raw material, which is put into a mold and heated and pressurized for curing and shaping, so as to realize total recycling of complete used shoes for pollution-free manufacturing of shoe soles.

  • Publication number: 20100005602
Abstract: A method for manufacturing insole uses used footwear and recycled wooden articles are primary ingredients, which are pulverized to form particles of the recycled materials. The recycled wood, taking a ratio of weight of 15-35%, is uniformly mixed with matrix rubber that functions to adjust physical properties and foaming agent, and then pressed to form an insole material in a sheet form, which is deposited in a mold to be heated and pressurized for curing and setting thereby forming an insole featuring proper resilience and anti-bacteria and deodorization. The use of the insole is thus completely sanitary and comfortable and also features pollution- and nuisance-free use by repeated use in the sense of environment conservation.

  • Publication number: 20090172973
Abstract: An environmental-protection shoe sole made of recycled shoes is provided, which uses recycled used shoes as a primary constituent of the raw material thereof, which used shoes, after being processed to remove metal accessories, are pulverized to small pieces of a predetermined size, and are then subjected to heating for deodorization and drying and thereafter added with a suitable amount of a base rubber, followed by uniformly mixing, to provide a shoe sole material, which is then molded and shaped. Thus, manufacturing time and material costs can be substantially reduced and environmental and economic effects by cyclic utilization of recycling used shoes can be realized.
