The firmware image can include a primary module, which is responsible for certain basic initializations, and a module list, which can include a listing of additional modules that are to be executed during the boot procedure. The module list can be used to identify and access the selected modules from a module library, such as via globally unique identifiers (GUIDs). Once acquired, the selected modules can be executed, taking into account required dependency modules (whether included in the selected modules or not) and configuration settings. The module library can be stored entirely locally (e.g., as part of a distributed firmware image), entirely remotely (e.g., accessible via network connection), or a mixture of locally and remotely.

    Abstract: The invention provides a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin drug precursor with fluorescence activity and a preparation method and use thereof. The method involves that a carboxyl group of a boron dipyrromethene dye molecule is condensed with a hydroxyl group at the 10 position of 7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin, yielding a 7-ethyl-10-hydroxy-camptothecin drug precursor (BDP-SN38) with fluorescent activity. BDP-SN38 shows good solubility and stability in most pharmaceutically acceptable solvents. Compared with SN38, BDP-SN38 exhibits comparable antitumor activity, has high tumor uptake capacity, and produces strong green fluorescence with the excitation of visible light, thus providing fluorescence-guided bioimaging and further treatment of residual tumors after drug treatment, and having good application prospects in the research of integrated diagnosis and treatment and effective tumor treatment.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of photosensitizers, and particularly to a near-infrared nano-photosensitizer and a preparation method and use thereof. The near-infrared nano-photosensitizer in the present invention is modified by conjugation extension of the boron dipyrromethene core, achieving absorption and emission spectra close to the near-infrared region. A polyfluoroalkyl group and a polyethylene glycol group are introduced to the boron dipyrromethene structure to obtain an amphiphilic photosensitizer. By means of the strong fluorine-fluorine interaction between the polyfluoroalkyl group and the hydrophilic interaction of the polyethylene glycol group, a nano-photosensitive micelle with an ultra-low CMC value is ultimately constructed. Boron dipyrromethene is induced by fluorine-fluorine interaction to undergo J-aggregation, causing the maximum absorption peak to red-shift to the near-infrared region, beneficial to the deep phototherapy of tumors.

    Abstract: Techniques for recommending hashtags, including trending hashtags, are disclosed. An example method includes accessing a graph. The graph includes video nodes representing videos, historical hashtag nodes representing historical hashtags, and edges indicating associations among the video nodes and the historical hashtag nodes. A trending hashtag is identified. An edge is added to the graph between a historical hashtag node representing a historical hashtag and a trending hashtag node representing the trending hashtag, based on a semantic similarity between the historical hashtag and the trending hashtag. A new video node representing a new video is added to the video nodes of the graph. A graph neural network (GNN) is applied to the graph, and the GNN predicts a new edge between the trending hashtag node and the new video node. The trending hashtag is recommended for the new video based on prediction of the new edge.
