Abstract: An electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit connecting to an input pad is configured to dissipate an ESD current. The circuit has a substrate of a first conductivity type, a first well of a second conductivity type in the substrate, and a second well of the first conductivity type in the first well. The circuit further has a diode device having a first end of the first conductivity type electrically coupled to the input pad and a second end of the second conductivity type in the second well. Moreover, the protection circuit has a first doped region of the second conductivity type in the first well electrically connecting to the input pad, and a second doped region of the first conductivity type in the substrate electrically coupled to the ground. The circuit also has a channel formed between the input pad and the second doped region to provide an ESD current discharge.

Abstract: The present invention provides a content reading system and method, which gives consideration to both the flexibility of reading method and the security of copyright protection. The content reading system includes: a Document Management System DCMS server, adapted to support the storage and parsing of data content; invoke stored page data and provides the page data to a dedicated client after receiving a page data request from the dedicated client; invoke stored page data to form bitmap of the page and provides the bitmap to a Web client after receiving a page data request from a Web client.

Abstract: A noise filter connected to an LC oscillator is provided. The noise filter comprises a transmission line, a DC bias circuit, and a capacitor. The transmission line is connected to the LC oscillator. The DC bias circuit is connected to the transmission line and provides a bias current. The capacitor has one end connected between the transmission line and the DC bias circuit and the other end AC grounded and provides a path to AC ground to the transmission line. A length of the transmission line is odd times that of a quarter-wavelength of a secondary harmonic wave of the LC oscillator.
