Abstract: A tilting device is disclosed. The tilting device may include: an arm, on which a tilt-shaft is formed; a tilt-base coupled to the tilt-shaft in a manner that allows tilting; a pulley rotatably coupled to the tilt-base; a wire, which is wound around the pulley, and of which either end is coupled to either side of the arm on opposite sides of the tilt-shaft; and a driving unit, which drives the pulley. An embodiment of the invention enables tilting operations using a smaller driving device, and also allows manual operations.

Abstract: A communication method for improving a communication error and an electronic device using the same are provided. The electronic device according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of slaves, and a master which generates clocks required in data communications with the slaves in accordance with the slave working time information, and provides the clocks to the slaves. The slave working time is the time a slave takes to handle commands issued by the master. Accordingly, the occurrence of communication error(s) between master/slave pairs can be prevented.

Abstract: An image processing apparatus including a displaying part, a light source generating light and a display driving part displaying an image on the displaying part by controlling the intensity of the light generated by the light source on the basis of one of a plurality of image signals. A light shutting part passes or shuts out the light generated by the light source; and a controlling part controls the light shutting part to shut the light generated by the light source while the image signal which has been displayed on the displaying part is being changed into other one of the plurality of image signals. Thus, the present invention provides an image processing apparatus and an image processing method to prevent a transitional phenomenon from occurring when an image is changed.
