The latent variable generating network comprises multiple Bi-LSTM encoders encode the a first context, the a first question and the a first answer to generate a first context vector, a first question vector and a first answer vector, respectively, a first Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) generate a first question latent variable based on the first context vector and the first question vector, and a second MLP generate a first answer latent variable based on the first question latent variable and the first answer vector. The answer generating network and the question generating network are trained based on the first context, the first question latent variable and the first answer latent variable.

Abstract: A HDR tone mapping system includes several modules. A semantic segmentation module is used to extract semantic information from the input image. An image decomposition module is used to decompose the input image to a high-bit base layer and a detail layer. A statistics module is used to generate statistics of pixels of the input image according to the semantic information. A curve computation module is used to generate a tone curve from the statistics. A compression module is used to compress the high-bit base layer to a low-bit base layer according to the tone curve, the statistics and the semantic information. A detail adjustment module is used to tune the detail layer according to the semantic information and the statistics to generate an adjusted detail layer. An image reconstruction module is used to combine the adjusted detail layer and the low-bit base layer to generate an output image.

The composition of the present invention, which includes carvedilol as an active ingredient, exhibits a whitening effect by suppressing the expression of a melanin synthesis gene by reducing MITF through inhibition of CREB phosphorylation in normal human melanocytes (NHMs), and gradually weakens cell tyrosinase activity over time, lowering the risk of a side effect of pigmentation. Therefore, the composition is expected to be effectively used in development of materials for cosmetics and health functional food and related industries in safe and effective ways.
