  • Publication number: 20160011829
Abstract: A method for preventing leakage of a printout using security paper includes registering, by an export registration device, information about a printout of an electronic document by generating the information about the printout and transmitting the information about the printout to an export management server, outputting, by a security printer, a security printout by printing content and a security identifier of the electronic document on paper including a security substance, and determining whether or not to export the security printout, by a leakage detection device, by inspecting whether or not the security printout includes the security substance and detecting the security identifier. The security identifier includes security information about the printout of the electronic document, and the information about the printout of the electronic document includes information about a unique value allowing the printout to be uniquely identified.

  • Publication number: 20160005283
Abstract: Security printing paper based on a chipless radio frequency (RF) tag and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The security printing paper based on a chipless RF tag includes first base paper, second base paper, and one or more chipless RF tags. The chipless RF tags are disposed between the first base paper and the second base paper. At least one layer configured to prevent the locations of the chipless RF tags from being exposed to the outside and to enable the security printing paper to be detected is formed on one or more of the first base paper and the second base paper.

  • Patent number: 9193173
Abstract: An apparatus and method for preventing the illegitimate exit of a printed document by applying a security material. The apparatus includes an exit registration unit, a security printer unit, an exit management server unit, and an illegitimate exit detection unit. The exit registration unit generates information about the printed document of an electronic document, and sends the information to register the information about the printed document. The security printer unit prints the content and security identifier of the electronic document, and generates a secure printed document by applying a security material. The exit management server unit records and determines whether the secure printed document has been exited. The illegitimate exit detection unit detects the security material of the secure printed document, generates an exit warning, analyzes the security identifier, and determines whether the secure printed document is to be exited.

  • Patent number: 8208475
Abstract: A method for scheduling packets from a plurality of radio bearers by a scheduler of a first layer includes calculating a virtual scheduling time for the radio bearers by using a packet delay variation of the radio bearers, and transmitting the packet of the radio bearer having the greatest virtual scheduling time from among the plurality of radio bearers to a second layer.

  • Publication number: 20100150049
Abstract: A method for controlling and managing a bearer in a gateway of an IP-based mobile communication network is provided. A protocol message that must be sent between a mobility management entity and a gateway where a bearer exists is newly defined as context setup and IP allocation request/response messages, request/response messages for setup and release of a tunnel for service initiation and release, user equipment handover completion/completion acknowledgement messages, paging indication/response messages for a packet coming from a network, and multicast-service join/leave indication messages when the user equipment is powered on/off, resulting in high efficiency of signal protocol and efficient bearer management irrespective of separation or integration of physical nodes of the mobility management entity and the serving gateway.

  • Publication number: 20070133565
Abstract: A content packet transmission control system in a mobile communication network supporting a multimedia broadcast/multicast service (MBMS) includes a broadcast/multicast service center (BM-SC) performing an inter-working operation with a gateway general packet radio service support node (GGSN) and managing the MBMS so that contents may be broadcasted/multicasted to a plurality of user terminals, and a content provider (CP)/multicast broadcast (MB) source server providing contents of an internal CP or contents of an external CP according to a broadcasting schedule of each MBMS. When the user terminal using a predetermined MBMS leaves a service area or requests to stop the service, the content packet transmission control system stops transmitting corresponding service contents, and transmits a service packet to a new user terminal requesting the service and the user terminal coming back to the service area.
