Patent number: 12009298Abstract: The presently disclosed programmable fabric die includes a direct fabric die-to-fabric die interconnect interface column disposed in a sector of programmable logic fabric. Each row of the interconnect interface column includes at least one interconnect interface that is electrically coupled to a microbump. The microbump is configured to be electrically coupled to another microbump of another interconnect interface of another fabric die through an interposer. The fabric die may include multiple interconnect interface columns that each extend deep into the sector, enabling low latency connections between the fabric dies and reducing routing congestion. In some embodiments, the fabric die may include interconnect interfaces that are instead distributed throughout logic blocks of the sector.Type: GrantFiled: April 20, 2023Date of Patent: June 11, 2024Assignee: Intel CorporationInventors: Chee Hak Teh, Chee Seng Leong, Lai Guan Tang, Han Wooi Lim, Hee Kong Phoon

Patent number: 9483194Abstract: A file processing method and a storage device for storing a file in a redundant array of independent disks (RAID) are disclosed. In this method, the storage device divides received F files into multiple data blocks, and obtains a first matrix with T rows according to the multiple data blocks. Data blocks belonging to one file are located in one row of the first matrix. The storage device then writes a stripe, which consists of data blocks in each column in the first matrix and a check block that is obtained by computing according to the data blocks in the column, into the RAID. By using the file processing method, the storage device can write one file into one disk of the RAID while ensuring security of file storage, thereby achieving a better energy saving effect when the file is read.Type: GrantFiled: December 12, 2014Date of Patent: November 1, 2016Assignee: HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.Inventors: Han Kong, Jing Wang

Patent number: 9223509Abstract: A file processing method and a storage device are disclosed. In the method, a storage device receives T files that are to be stored in the RAID, and determines a sequence number of a check block of a stripe of the RAID. The storage device obtains a data block of the Kth file in the T files as the Kth data block of the stripe, where a value of K progressively increases from 1 to T, and the value of K is not equal to the sequence number of the check block of the stripe. After computing the check block according to data blocks, the storage device writes, into the T disks, the data blocks and the obtained check block of the stripe. Using the foregoing method, one file can be written into one disk of the RAID while ensuring security of file storage.Type: GrantFiled: May 13, 2015Date of Patent: December 29, 2015Assignee: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.Inventors: Han Kong, Jing Wang

Publication number: 20140000804Abstract: A pick and place system with an integrated light source to partially cure a light-curable adhesives onto which components have been placed. After a light-curable adhesive in liquid or low viscosity form is applied to a location on a substrate, a pick-and-place head uses a vacuum introduced to its nozzle-like opening to pick a component and place it on to the light-curable adhesive. The pick-and-place head then transmit an appropriate light through the same nozzle-like opening to at least partially cure the adhesive. The component becomes, therefore, at least partially fixed to the substrate and will not shift as the substrate is moved.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 2, 2012Publication date: January 2, 2014Applicant: STMicroelectronics Pte Ltd.Inventors: Han Kong Looi, Cheng-hai Cheh
