Abstract: A washing machine having a door with an improved structure may include a cabinet, a laundry port, a tub that is disposed in the cabinet, a drum that is disposed in the tub, and a door that opens and closes the laundry port. The door may include a door cover placed at an outer side of the door when the door closes the laundry port, and a decoration member coupled to the door cover so that at least a portion of the decoration member is projected onto the door cover. The door having the improved structure may be manufactured without the necessity of performing post-processing and a molding cost may be reduced.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are a door lock device of a drum washing machine and a drum washing machine having the same, a door of which is opened by force of a predetermined magnitude or greater. The door opening is accomplished by providing a door lever of the door lock device with a bent portion. The bent portion formed at the door lever creates a predetermined angle X° between a contact point between a holding protrusion of the door lever and a raised portion of a body of the washing machine, a center point of a door lever shaft, and a contact point between a handle contact portion of the door lever and a door handle, allowing the door to be opened upon receiving force of a predetermined magnitude or greater.

Abstract: A washing machine equipped with a detergent supply device has an improved component coupling structure capable of enhancing productivity. A washing machine includes a main body, a drum rotatably mounted in the main body, and a detergent supply device disposed at an upper portion of the main body to supply a detergent into the drum. The detergent supply device includes a housing, a detergent case to store a detergent, the detergent case being movably coupled to the housing, a water supply frame coupled to an upper portion of the housing to guide water to the detergent case, and a cover frame to sealingly cover an upper portion of the water supply frame, the cover frame including a plurality of coupling protrusions protruding from an inner peripheral surface thereof to support a bottom surface of the water supply frame.

The washing machine includes: a main body; and an upper cover configured to cover an upper part of the main body, wherein the upper cover includes: a cover plate formed in a rectangular shape; and a cover frame formed of a material different from a material for the cover plate and coupled to the cover plate along a circumference of the cover plate, and the cover frame includes: at least one first support part configured to support an upper side of the cover plate; and at least one second support part configured to support a lower side of the cover plate.
