Abstract: A bus bar assembly, a battery module, and a battery pack are provided. The bus bar assembly includes a positive bus bar, a negative bus bar, a series-connected bus bar, and a connecting bus bar. All of parts of the connecting bus bar, the series-connected bus bar, and the negative bus bar respectively connected to negative terminals of corresponding cells are defined as negative electrode parts. At least one partition slot is defined on each of the negative electrode parts, and the at least one partition slot is defined to separate the negative electrode part into at least two separated parts in a second direction. The at least two separated parts are respectively connected to the negative terminal of corresponding cells.

Abstract: A busbar assembly, a cylindrical power battery module, and a battery pack are provided. The busbar assembly includes: an input bar connected to a battery cell at an input end of a cylindrical power battery module; an output bar connected to a battery cell at an output end of the cylindrical power battery module; current conduction bars arranged between the input bar and the output bar and configured to work in conjunction with the input bar and the output bar to connect in series in a first direction two adjacent battery cells arranged in the first direction and connect in parallel in a second direction two adjacent battery cells arranged in the second direction; and a wiring harness member, where an input end thereof is connected to at least one of the input bar, the output bar, the current conduction bars, and multiple battery cells.

Abstract: A cell bracket and a battery module are provided, and relate to the field of battery technology. The cell bracket is provided with a first direction and a second direction, and the cell bracket includes: a bracket body, a plurality of first busbar installing slots and a plurality of second busbar installing slots are disposed on the bracket body. Each of the first busbar installing slots and each of the second busbar installing slots are arranged in sequence along the first direction respectively. The first busbar installing slots and the second busbar installing slots are spaced apart along the second direction. Each of the first busbar installing slots includes a first installing sub-slot and a second installing sub-slot, and the first installing sub-slot and the second installing sub-slot at least partially overlap along the second direction.

Abstract: Disclosed is a battery module in the present disclosure. The battery module includes: two cell sets provided back to back, poles of the cell sets extending out laterally; and a CCS assembly 100, electrically connected to each of the two cell sets, so as to realize electrical conduction between the two cell sets, and to realize temperature and voltage collection of each of the cell sets. The CCS assembly is arranged along a circumferential direction of the two cell sets and extends in a stacking direction of the single cells in each of the cell sets.

Abstract: Cell contact system (CCS) assemblies and battery packs are provided. The CCS assembly includes: busbars; a plastic bracket, having an upper surface provided with upper accommodating grooves configured to accommodate the busbars, having a lower surface provided with lower accommodating grooves configured to accommodate single batteries, and the upper accommodating grooves communicating with the lower accommodating grooves to make the busbars abut against the single batteries; and glue guiding grooves, disposed on the upper surface of the plastic bracket, and each glue guiding groove communicating with the upper accommodating grooves adjacent thereto.

Abstract: A CCS assembly and a battery module are provided. The CCS assembly is arranged on a top of a battery group. The CCS assembly includes: a plastic bracket, defining a through groove; a temperature obtaining member, received in the through groove and comprising a temperature sensor and an encapsulation member sleeving an outside of the temperature sensor, wherein the temperature sensor is configured to obtain a temperature of the battery group, the encapsulation member has a connecting surface connected to the plastic bracket; a connection portion, configured to connect the connecting surface to the plastic bracket and abutting against the temperature obtaining member, wherein the plastic bracket and the connection portion cooperatively prevents the temperature obtaining member from detaching from the plastic bracket in an axial direction of the battery group.
