Abstract: The disclosure provides a non-therapeutic method for regulating DAT gene expression in a cell, which includes the step of increasing or decreasing an amount of a miR-132/212 in the cell; further provides a use of the above miRNA, an enhancer thereof or an attenuator thereof in preparing a drug for regulating uptake of dopamine by a cell; and an application of the above miRNA, the enhancer thereof or the attenuator thereof in preparing a drug for treating psychoactive substance addiction.

Abstract: A method and a device for measuring a tangential reaction force of a resistance device on a flywheel, and the reaction force multiply the radius of the flywheel to obtain a torque, such that the torque multiply a gear ratio is the torque to overcome the resistance of flywheel on the drivetrain. The torque to overcome the resistance of flywheel on the drivetrain adding a torque to overcome the inertia of the flywheel and mechanical friction under the state of no resistance is the total torque presented on the drivetrain. Such that using the total torque to calculate power and energy consumption.

Abstract: A special measuring bottle for measuring volume of solid includes a bottle body and a lid body. The bottle body is filled with a liquid and has an accommodating cavity to be accommodated with a sample solid and a reading cavity communicating with the accommodating cavity. The size of the inner edge of the accommodating cavity is larger than that of the reading cavity. Meanwhile, the accommodating cavity is formed an opening, and the reading cavity is arranged a plurality of graduations available for reading the level position of liquid. The lid body is sealed at the opening just like a shroud. Thereby, when the volume of a solid is measured by the displacing method, the accuracy of measurement by the special measuring bottle is higher than that by a common graduate of close volume, and by the special measuring bottle the specific weight of the sample solid can be less than that of the adapted liquid.
