Abstract: An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a thermal processing apparatus and an operation method thereof capable of controlling a heat distribution of a substrate at a low cost in a thermal processing process using a microwave. According to the present disclosure, a thermal processing apparatus includes a chamber that forms a thermal processing space of a substrate, a substrate support unit that is located at a lower portion of the thermal processing space and supports the substrate, and a microwave unit that is located at an upper portion of the thermal processing space and forms an electromagnetic field by the microwave in the thermal processing space.

Abstract: A correlation recurrent unit and a correlation recurrent neural network are provided. An aspect provides a new neural network structure for training each decomposed time-series component by decomposing input time-series data xt into a plurality of time-series components (e.g., trend, seasonal, and remainder components) and improving the prediction performance of time-series data by training a relation between different time-series components.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of preparing an antithrombotic agent from muskrat musk and an antithrombotic agent having a high potency obtained therefrom, wherein the antithrombotic agent is prepared by treating muskrat musk with ethanol to obtain an ethanol extract; carrying out two normal phase column chromatographies while raising the combination ratio of hexane and ethyl acetate to obtain numerous fractions; carrying out thin layer chromatographies and identifying the material patterns of the fractions with UV lamps and 10% sulfuric acid to divide the materials which have a similar moving distance into groups; measuring a thrombin time of each group to isolate a group having a potent antithrombotic activity; carrying out a reverse phase column chromatography while raising the combination ratio of acetonitrile and water to obtain numerous fractions; and isolating an antithrombotic agent material having a high potency therefrom.
