    Abstract: There is provided a cooperative driving control method based on a vehicle security status. The cooperative driving method according to an embodiment includes: identifying a security status of a cooperative driving target vehicle; determining a cooperative driving strategy according to the identified security status; and controlling driving according to the determined cooperative driving strategy. Accordingly, cooperative driving may be performed or excluded based on a security status of a target vehicle, so that an accident may be prevented from being caused by cooperative driving with a problematic vehicle, and safety of a driver and an occupant may be guaranteed.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a battery cell for evaluating a lithium precipitation behavior includes: an electrode assembly preparation step of preparing an electrode assembly to which an overhang region, where a positive electrode protrudes from a negative electrode, is introduced; a battery cell preparation step of preparing a battery cell by accommodating the electrode assembly in a first pouch, injecting an electrolyte solution thereto, and sealing the first pouch; a secondary sealing step of accommodating the battery cell in a second pouch and secondary-sealing the second pouch; a second pouch removing step of performing formation for the secondary-sealed battery cell and removing the second pouch; a gas pocket unit removing step of degassing and re-sealing the battery cell, from which the second pouch has been removed, and removing a gas pocket unit of the first pouch; and a completion step of accommodating the battery cell.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for forming a via which includes: forming a base layer on a semiconductor substrate; forming a conductive layer pattern on the base layer; forming an insulating layer on the base layer having the conductive layer pattern formed thereon; selectively etching the insulating layer in order to form a via exposing an upper surface of the conductive layer pattern; and using an argon (Ar) plasma treatment to form a protective layer on a profile of the via. Also, after using an oxygen plasma treatment to remove a photoresist pattern and remains in the via after the Ar plasma treatment, the protective layer formed on the profile of the via by the Ar plasma treatment prevents the profile of the via contact hole from being bowed, and thus vertically maintains the profile of the via contact hole.

    Abstract: New wholly aromatic polyamides are provided. This polymers are prepared by a mixture of N,N'-bis(4-aminophenyl)-isophthalamide and p-phenylenediamine in a tertiary amide solvent containing an alkali metal salt such as LiCl and a tertiary amine as an acid acceptor. The polymers are easily dry-jet spun to form a fiber and cast to form a film. The fiber and film so obtained have ultrahigh tenacity, elasticity and elongation.

The fibers are prepared by dissolving a mixture of poly(phenyleneterephthalamide) polymer with an inherent viscosity of at least 5 and a regularly ordered aromatic-aliphatic copolymer with an inherent viscosity of at least 2 in concentrated sulfuric acid to form a spinning solution, which solution is subsequently subject to extrusion by a known per se dry-jet spinning process.
