Abstract: The present invention is directed to an ultrasound system and a method of forming an ultrasound image. The ultrasound system includes a signal processing unit, a processor, an input unit and a blood flow angle computation unit. The signal processing unit may form ultrasound image signals based on ultrasound echo signals reflected from a target object. The processor may form a B-mode image based on the ultrasound image signals. The input unit may allow a user to set a sample volume on the B-mode image. The blood flow angle computation unit may compute a blood flow angle in the sample volume. The signal processing unit may further compute a Doppler angle based on the blood flow angle and form Doppler signals based on the Doppler angle. Also, the processor may further form a Doppler spectrum image and Doppler sound based on the Doppler signals.

Abstract: A chemical mechanical polishing process and a method of fabricating a semiconductor device using the same are provided. The chemical mechanical polishing process includes applying a polishing activation solution with a reduced surface energy, wherein the polishing activation solution includes a surfactant; and polishing the object using the polishing activation solution. The method of fabrication includes forming a mask layer pattern on a semiconductor substrate, etching the substrate using the mask layer pattern as an etching mask, forming an insulating layer over a trench, and performing the chemical mechanical polishing above, wherein the object to be polished is the insulating layer.

Abstract: An apparatus and method of producing polyurethane rubber bands. The apparatus includes a first device for heating and simultaneously drawing a polyurethane sheet produced by incising polyurethane tubular film obtained according to an inflation procedure, a second device for coating a release agent onto both sides of the drawn polyurethane sheet and drying the release agent-coated polyurethane sheet, a third device for longitudinally fine-cutting the dried polyurethane sheet using fine-cutting rollers to form several tens of strips of polyurethane rubber bands, depositing starch or talc powder on both sides of the polyurethane rubber bands, and heat-processing the polyurethane rubber bands deposited by the starch or talc powder, a fourth device for dispersing the heat-processed polyurethane rubber bands to impartially stuff the polyurethane rubber bands into packing receptacles, and a fifth device for heat-aging the packed polyurethane bands in an aging compartment.
