  • Patent number: 11957752
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of photosensitizers, and particularly to a near-infrared nano-photosensitizer and a preparation method and use thereof. The near-infrared nano-photosensitizer in the present invention is modified by conjugation extension of the boron dipyrromethene core, achieving absorption and emission spectra close to the near-infrared region. A polyfluoroalkyl group and a polyethylene glycol group are introduced to the boron dipyrromethene structure to obtain an amphiphilic photosensitizer. By means of the strong fluorine-fluorine interaction between the polyfluoroalkyl group and the hydrophilic interaction of the polyethylene glycol group, a nano-photosensitive micelle with an ultra-low CMC value is ultimately constructed. Boron dipyrromethene is induced by fluorine-fluorine interaction to undergo J-aggregation, causing the maximum absorption peak to red-shift to the near-infrared region, beneficial to the deep phototherapy of tumors.

  • Publication number: 20240112088
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for vector-quantized image modeling using vision transformers and improved codebook handling. In particular, the present disclosure provides a Vector-quantized Image Modeling (VIM) approach that involves pretraining a machine learning model (e.g., Transformer model) to predict rasterized image tokens autoregressively. The discrete image tokens can be encoded from a learned Vision-Transformer-based VQGAN (example implementations of which can be referred to as ViT-VQGAN). The present disclosure proposes multiple improvements over vanilla VQGAN from architecture to codebook learning, yielding better efficiency and reconstruction fidelity. The improved ViT-VQGAN further improves vector-quantized image modeling tasks, including unconditional image generation, conditioned image generation (e.g., class-conditioned image generation), and unsupervised representation learning.

  • Patent number: 11928211
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing a machine learning approach to modeling entity behavior. Fixed information and periodically updated information may be utilized to predict the behavior of an entity. By incorporating periodically updated information, the system is able to maintain an up-to-date prediction of each entity's behavior, while also accounting for entity action with respect to ongoing obligations. The system may generate behavior scores for the set of entities. In some embodiments, the behavior scores that are generated may indicate the transactional risk associated with each entity. Using the behavior scores generated, a user may be able to assess the credit riskiness of individual entities and instruct one or more individuals assigned to the entities to take one or more actions based on the credit riskiness of the individual entities.

  • Publication number: 20240079779
Abstract: An electronic device may be provided with a sensor module and an antenna having an antenna arm, ground structures, and a tuner. The tuner may be mounted to a printed circuit overlapping the sensor module. A spring may be mounted to the printed circuit and may couple the tuner to a conductive chassis of the sensor module. The sensor module may include optical sensors that gather sensor data through a display and may form ground paths from the tuner to the ground structures. Conductive interconnect structures such as springs may exert biasing forces in different directions to couple the ground paths to different layers of the ground structures. This may serve to couple the antenna to the ground structures as close as possible to the tuner, thereby maximizing antenna performance, despite the presence of the sensor module.
