  • Publication number: 20250085243
Abstract: According to the present disclosure, provided is a method for determining phase transition temperature using electrical conductivity. More specifically, according to the present disclosure, there is provided a method for determining phase transition temperature using electrical conductivity, including preparing a graph of the change in electrical conductivity of molten salts according to temperature, and performing at least one mathematical analysis of (i) performing a first-order differential on the graph, (ii) performing a second-order differential on the graph; and (iii) determining the number (n) of data and resolution (AT) based on the graph to derive Tn by Equation (1) below and performing linear regression analysis on a linear section to detect an outlier based on a distance from the linear regression equation, T n = T max - ? ? T × n Equation ? ( 1 ) where n denotes the number of data, and ?T denotes an interval of measurement temperature and means resolution.

  • Publication number: 20250061337
Abstract: In an apparatus and method for training artificial intelligence model for self-sensing actuator, the method includes acquiring a dataset from a shape memory alloy system by changing control parameters for controlling the shape memory alloy system, classifying the dataset into input data and ground truth data and labeling the dataset based on the ground truth data, and performing supervised training on the artificial intelligence model using the labeled dataset so that the artificial intelligence model outputs a generated force of a shape memory alloy with a specific shape or a length change of the shape memory alloy with the specific shape from the input data.

  • Publication number: 20250042234
Abstract: A storage system for a vehicle has a configuration capable of storing a plurality of high-voltage battery packs in a separably assembled state in a seat backboard of the vehicle through a coupling structure of a protrusion and a groove. Only a broken or failed high-voltage battery pack from among a plurality of high-voltage battery packs assembled to the seat backboard is separated from the seat backboard, and a new high-voltage battery pack can then replace the failed high-voltage battery pack through assembly thereof to the seat backboard at a position from which the failed high-voltage battery pack has been separated.

  • Publication number: 20020031395
Abstract: Disclosed is a ball sleeve structure. The ball sleeve structure has convex ball portions and grooves. The convex ball portions are formed at the middle of its outer circumference and are tightly coupled within a ball race in a housing of a variety of joints. The grooves are formed at both sides of its outer circumference and are coupled with sealing boots. The ball portions are formed at regular thickness in the whole portions, by swaging predetermined portions in a hollow tube with holes at the center thereof, such that a metal flow is continuously connected. The ball sleeve structure can be simply and easily manufactured and has excellent strength and reduced amount of material, thereby being capable of achieving a reduction in the manufacturing costs and a reduction in the weight of the product.
