    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a wind turbine blade with an improved trailing edge structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The wind turbine blade includes an upper shell, a lower shell, and a trailing edge, where a trailing edge bonding region enclosed by the upper shell, the lower shell and the trailing edge is filled with composite materials, and the composite materials are discontinuous in an airfoil chordwise direction. The manufacturing method includes the following steps: S1: manufacturing reinforcements with a same cross-sectional shape as the trailing edge filling region for composite materials; and S2: integrally molding the reinforcements, a fiber fabric and the upper shell, providing the lower shell, combining the upper shell and the lower shell, and performing heating for curing and molding. The discontinuous filling structure reduces usages of the adhesive and the reinforcements of the composite materials.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lightweight spar cap with a concave structure for a wind turbine blade and a manufacturing method thereof, a wind turbine blade and a manufacturing method thereof. The lightweight spar cap is groove-shaped as a whole, and includes supporting portions located on two wings of the lightweight spar cap and an intermediate connecting portion connecting the two supporting portions. The manufacturing method of the lightweight spar cap includes laying a reinforcing body of the intermediate connecting portion and a supporting material of the supporting portion, and performing resin infusion. By comprehensively considering multiple factors, the present disclosure reduces the weight of the wind turbine blade, improves the material utilization of the wind turbine blade, and realizes a lightweight wind turbine blade.

    Abstract: The present invention utilizes a message which can be sent from any suitable source for an appropriate message. The basic message includes a pin number, the desired telephone from which the caller intends to talk. This caller may intend his own cell-phone or another's cell phone or any other telephone to be the originating telephone. Included in the message is the destination telephone number. The message is sent to a service center which verifies the pin number and sets up to charge the pin associated pre-paid or open account. Upon verification, a switch is set with the destination telephone number in its switch calling memory. Upon setting up the switch for the call, a call is placed to the intended originating telephone. When that telephone is answered, the destination telephone number is called. The basic message may be an SMS, an e-mail or sent from a web-site which is provided for the service center. In the future, additional suitable sources may also available.
