    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of lithium-ion batteries and discloses a lithium-ion battery cathode material, a preparation method thereof, and a lithium-ion battery. A ratio of surface Ni3+ content of the cathode material to internal Ni3+ content of the cathode material is (0.95 to 1):1, and a content of disordering nickel in the cathode material is less than or equal to 3%. The lithium-ion battery cathode material has the similar surface Ni3+ content and internal Ni3+ content, and has a low content of disordering nickel, thereby avoiding the generation of a NiO passivation layer in the cathode material and reducing the phenomenon of loss of surface active lithium. The lithium-ion battery containing such a cathode material has improved capacity, rate capacity, and cycle performance.

    Abstract: Techniques for code-free automated machine learning (ML) are described. Users can train high-quality ML models and pipelines without necessarily needing to write code by providing a training dataset to a code-free machine learning service. The service may deploy an ML orchestration function and a storage location on behalf of a user. When a modification is made to the storage bucket, such as by the user providing a training dataset, the orchestration function is invoked and can automatically initiate an AutoML process using at least the training data to train multiple ML model variants. The resultant ML model(s) and associated metrics can be provided to the user, deployed behind an endpoint, and/or used to generate inferences.

The method solves the problem that no method has yet been proposed for predicting the amount of water-sealed gas in a high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir. According to the technical solution, the method includes: considering that the volume of the gas reservoir does not change during the production of the constant-volume gas reservoir, deriving, based on a material balance method, a material balance equation of the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir in consideration of water-sealed gas and water-soluble gas, solving and drawing a chart of water-sealed gas in the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir by an iterative algorithm, obtaining a recovery factor of the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir in consideration of water-sealed gas and water-soluble gas, and further obtaining the amount of water-seal gas in the high-sulfur water-bearing gas reservoir.

In the ribosome extraction method, cucumber cubes and a phosphate buffer saline (PBS) solution are mixed and slurried, and an 80S cucumber ribosome is prepared by first centrifugation, second centrifugation, third centrifugation, ultracentrifugation, and fourth centrifugation. The extracted 80S cucumber ribosome is relatively complete and high in yield, and about 2400 OD260 of 80S ribosome can be extracted from 500 g of cucumbers, so that the problems of difficult extraction and low yield of the ribosome are solved, and a foundation is laid for protein structure determination and function analysis.
