A transmitting end connected to one of the BBU and the RRU receives at least one of interface signals from the one connected thereto, performs optical transport network (OTN) electrical layer multiplexing to obtain OTN signal frames and transmit optical signals including the OTN frames to a receiving end connected to the other of the BBU and the RRU. The receiving end performs frame processing for the OTN frames received from the transmitting end to obtain the interface signals, and transmit the interface signals to the other connected thereto.
