    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an information sampling analysis method, an optical splitter, a fiber splice tray, local side sampling equipment. The local side sampling equipment obtains an optical or electrical signal of local side equipment, and establishes a connection relationship between a terminal device and the local side equipment based on data reported by the terminal device. In this way, the service communication line connection relationship across the network can be obtained. According to the present disclosure, active equipment needs to be introduced to the local side only, the passive optical cross-connection network does not need to be transformed, thus the engineering quantity of the network deployment is small and the investment is low. Whether a service optical or electrical signal exists in a line is determined based on a line occupation identifier, to update in real time communication line information stored in the information sampling analysis platform.

    Abstract: An anode piece for a lithium battery having both high safety and high capacity, and a preparation method and a use therefor, the anode piece being mixed with a lithium-rich compound, the lithium-rich compound being at least one selected from lithium-rich manganese-based solid solution, a lithium-rich solid electrolyte or a lithium-separated silicon oxide. Li ions can be pulled away from the lithium-rich compound in extreme conditions such as overcharging, internal short circuiting, external short circuiting, thermal abuse, piercing, compressing or overheating, thereby filling in lithium vacancies in the anode material, stabilizing the crystal lattice structure of the anode material, improving safety performance in a battery manufactured by using the material, and allowing the anode piece to maintain excellent cycle performance at higher area capacities.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a positive plate for a lithium battery, preparation method thereof and use in semi-solid state battery. The positive plate for a lithium battery comprises a current collector and an active material layer arranged on a surface of the current collector; and the active material layer comprises a positive electrode active material, a conductive agent, a binder, an oxide solid-state electrolyte and a polymer obtained by in-situ polymerization. The oxide solid-state electrolyte and polymer are evenly distributed in the active material layer; wherein the oxide solid-state electrolyte can effectively improve the safety performance of the positive plate; and the polymer obtained by in situ polymerization can effectively improve the contact between the oxide solid-state electrolyte and the material in the positive plate, thereby reducing the impedance of the positive plate and improving the electrochemical performance of the positive plate.
