Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for machine learning-based micro-category generation may include a method including identifying, for a respective cluster of content titles or items, a top-K most representative group of the content titles or items; generating, by a machine learning model, based on a first input prompt, the common theme of the top-K most representative group; generating, by the machine learning model, based on the second input prompt and filtering, a group of content titles or items matching the common theme; generating, by the machine learning model, based on a third input prompt, a name for the group of content titles or items matching the common theme; and presenting the group of content titles or items matching the common theme and the name for the group of content titles or items matching the common theme via a user interface of a streaming media application.

Abstract: Described are example systems and methods generally directed to systems and methods for a real-time content recommendation service employing active guidance to facilitate efficient and effective recommendations of content to a user. A plurality of characteristic information associated with content items from a corpus of content items can be obtained and used to generate a content graph and a discovery map/decision tree. The discovery maps/decision trees may include content items and/or segments of content items that are arranged and connected in the discovery maps/decision trees based on their associated characteristic information to facilitate guided recommendations of content based on user interactions. The discovery map/decision tree may then be accessed to provide guided recommendations of content.

Abstract: Among the various aspects of the present disclosure is the provision of systems and methods for growing or culturing podocytes and uses thereof. In one aspect, a podocyte culture system including an ECM-patterned substrate is disclosed. The ECM-patterned substrate includes a compliant substrate. The compliant substrate includes a predetermined stiffness ranging from about 0.1 kPa to about 10 kPa. The ECM-patterned substrate further includes a plurality of patterned elements deposited over an exposed surface of the compliant substrate.

Abstract: Some implementations include methods for generating a portable entitlement for a digital asset and may include generating a portable entitlement to a digital asset based on a request initiated by a first user having an entitlement to the digital asset, the portable entitlement to enable the first user to access the digital asset using a second computing device of a second user, the request initiated using a first computing device of the first user, the portable entitlement having a limited lifetime; and terminating the second computing device from accessing the digital asset based on one or more of determining that a proximity between the first and second computing devices violate the distance threshold and the lifetime of the portable entitlement has expired.
