  • Patent number: 12662522
Abstract: Provided is a T-cell receptor (TCR) having the characteristic of binding to a KASEKIFYV(SEQ ID NO: 119)-HLA A0201 complex, wherein the binding affinity of the TCR to the KASEKIFYV(SEQ ID NO: 119)-HLA A0201 complex is at least two times that of a wild-type TCR to the KASEKIFYV(SEQ ID NO: 119)-HLA A0201 complex. The TCR may be used alone or in combination with a therapeutic agent, so as to target tumor cells presenting the KASEKIFYV(SEQ ID NO: 119)-HLA A0201 complex.

  • Patent number: 12649773
Abstract: The present invention provides a T cell receptor (TCR) capable of specifically binding a short peptide KASEKIFYV (SEQ ID NO:9) derived from an SSX2 antigen. The antigen short peptide KASEKIFYV (SEQ ID NO:9) can form a complex with HLA A0201 and be presented together to a cell surface. The present invention further provides a nucleic acid molecule encoding the TCR and a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule. In addition, the invention further provides a cell that transduces the TCR of the present invention.

  • Publication number: 20250046918
Abstract: A battery includes a battery cell and a packaging body, an edge of at least one side of the packaging body is provided with a sealing region to seal and wrap the battery cell body in the packaging body, and the packaging body includes a heat sealing layer; and in the sealing region, a side, away from the battery cell body, of the heat sealing layer is an outer sealing side, a side, close to the battery cell body, of the heat sealing layer is an inner sealing side, and a crystallinity of the outer sealing side is greater than a crystallinity of the inner sealing side. The battery includes the packaging body with a high packaging strength and a strong resistance to bending, which may more effectively block water vapor from entering a battery, and also improves safety performance and a service life of a battery.

  • Publication number: 20250038324
Abstract: A battery cell includes a battery cell body and a packaging body having a sealing strip that surrounds the battery cell body. The sealing strip is sequentially formed with a first edge, a middle line and a second edge; and a peel force of the sealing strip at the first edge is greater than a peel force of the sealing strip at the middle line. When the battery cell body has a tendency to rupture the sealing strip and subsequently detach from the packaging body, even if first line of protection at a side, close to the battery cell body, of the sealing strip is ruptured, a sealing is also reinforced at the first edge on a side, away from the battery cell body, of the sealing strip, which constructs second line of protection on the sealing strip, thereby solving a problem of safety risks caused by insufficient packaging strength.

  • Publication number: 20250023165
Abstract: A battery cell includes a battery cell body including a tab and a packaging body including a first sealing adhesive layer, the first sealing adhesive layer includes first and second sealing regions, and along a direction from the battery cell body to the tab, a size of a cross section of the first sealing region is greater than a size of a cross section of the second sealing region. In the battery cell, a structure of a sealing adhesive layer is improved, which improves an adhesion strength and a peeling force between a tab and a packaging body, so as to improve a packaging strength at a tab, thereby improving a packaging quality of a battery cell, and thus ensuring an effective safety service life of a battery, and solving a problem of a failure of a battery cell caused by inadequate sealing at a tab of a battery cell.
