  • Publication number: 20190031717
Abstract: The invention discloses a multi-functional fusion polypeptide and its preparation method and application thereof, in the field of biopharmaceutics. The fusion polypeptide of the present invention comprises the domain Pro-(D-Pyr)-(D-Cys)-Bip-Arg-Gly-Glu, Ile-Val-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp-Arg-Ala-Ala-Val-Pro, Arg-Gly-Asp, and Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly, and can treat human pulmonary fibrosis, lung tissue lesions, lung cancer and other tumors. In a cell model for pulmonary fibrosis, the polypeptide of the present invention can significantly lower the hydroxyproline content and suppress the progression of pulmonary fibrosis. MTT assay shows that the polypeptide of the present invention can inhibit the proliferation multiple human tumor cells. The polypeptide of the present invention is prepared by a synthetic method that is uncomplicated method and offers good application prospects.

  • Patent number: 9879052
Abstract: A series of integrin blockers that present strong angiogenesis inhibiting performance, high integrin affinity and integrin-bonding capacity is provided. This series of integrin blockers can be adopted in treatment of solid tumors and rheumatoid arthritis. Specifically, said series of integrin blockers include polypeptide I, polypeptide II and polypeptide III (see SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 3) that can be adopted in treatment of solid tumors and rheumatoid arthritis. This invention also relates to application of these three integrin-blocking polypeptides in preparation of anti-tumor drugs, wherein the tumors that can be treated include those primary or secondary cancers originated from head and neck region or other organs such as brain, thyroid, esophagus, pancreas, lung, liver, stomach, breast, kidney, gallbladder, colon, rectum, ovary, cervix, uterus, prostate, bladder and testicle, as well as melanoma and sarcomas.

  • Publication number: 20170100489
Abstract: The present invention involves the pharmaceutical field, including integrin antagonists, which have the capacities of inhibiting angiogenesis of tumors, binding integrin. These antagonists are a kind of polypeptide, which was modified by polyethylene glycol and after modification, it can be used to treat tumors. The sequence and structure of these antagonists is SEQ ID NO: 4, which demonstrates it is scientific, reasonable and feasible in tumor treatment and greatly expands the treatment spectrum. It can provide new ideas and perspectives for drug development and has significant social and market value.

  • Publication number: 20140378384
Abstract: A series of polypeptides presenting high integrin affinity and bonding capacity is provided. Three polypeptides among said series can be adopted in prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Said three polypeptides are: polypeptide I: Ala-Cys-Asp-Cys-Arg-Gly-Asp-Cys-Phe-Cys-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ile-Val-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp-Arg-Ala-Ala-Val-Pro (SEQ ID NO. 1) (two pairs of disulfide bonds contained in the sequence are pairing in the pattern of 1-4 and 2-3); Polypeptide II: Ile-Val-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp-Arg-Ala-Ala-Val-Pro-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp (SEQ ID NO. 2); and polypeptide III: mPEG-SC20k-Ile-Val-Arg-Arg-Ala-Asp-Arg-Ala-Ala-Val-Pro-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp (SEQ ID NO. 3). These polypeptides can be adopted in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
