  • Publication number: 20100107812
Abstract: The invention relates to a transmission (10) for transmitting a torque generated by a drive engine (74) to at least one drive axle (76, 78) of a vehicle (72). The vehicle (72) is in particular an agricultural or industrial utility vehicle. The transmission (10) comprises at least one main transmission unit (12) which can function independently. The main transmission unit (12) has a gear transmission and/or an auxiliary-range transmission. It is possible for an option transmission module (14) to be adapted onto the main transmission unit (12). It is possible by means of the option transmission module (14) to expand the functionality of the transmission (10). It is intended to specify and further develop a transmission (10) with which it is possible to provide, in particular from an economical aspect, a diverse range of transmissions for vehicles (72) of a series, and in which the installation space between the drive engine (74) and the main transmission unit (12) can be better utilized.

  • Patent number: 6230618
Abstract: In the production of a screen-printing stencil, a covering layer is applied to only some regions of a fine-mesh screen in accordance with a desired printing pattern. In this case, for the application of the covering layer, the screen is closed on the rear side by a support, so that the passage of covering liquid through the screen is prevented, which leads to qualitatively high-grade patterns.

  • Patent number: 5918540
Abstract: In the production of a printing stencil, for example a rotary printing stencil for textile printing, for the purpose of transferring a pattern stored in an electronic memory, liquid is applied to the lateral surface of the printing stencil as it rotates. A nozzle which supplies the liquid is driven by pattern data belonging to the pattern. Pattern data situated earlier or later in the circumferential direction of the stencil cylinder are read out as a function of at least one deviation between the actual and desired positions of the lateral surface which respect to the pattern data belonging to the desired position, in order to prevent distortion of the pattern owing to the deviation.

  • Patent number: 5822209
Abstract: A method and system for producing a rotating, clamped stencil includes producing a pattern in the surface of the stencil by means of an engraver by moving an engraving head of the engraver relative to the stencil. The engraving head is switched on and off by a control computer in coincidence with a predefined bit sequence which is generated from a byte sequence taken from a color file. The color file describes a pattern and is stored in a large-scale memory of a server. The server sends the color file containing the byte sequence relating to the engraving of the stencil to a further computer or to the control computer. This further computer or control computer creates the bit sequence assigned to this stencil. The result is a saving in computing time and memory capacity for the server. The bit sequence is created by the further computer or control computer only when the engraving of a stencil is actually to be carried out. The production of the bit sequence can also be carried out "on the fly.

  • Patent number: 5698351
Abstract: A method for producing a screen printing stencil comprises the following: applying at least one light-sensitive layer to an essentially closed covering surface of a cylindrical base body; removing portions of the light-sensitive layer from the covering surface in accordance with a prescribed screen pattern; filling the portions thus removed of the light-sensitive layer with metal for the purpose of forming a cylindrical screen; and removing the cylindrical screen from the base body. A hollow cylinder is used as the base body and is inflated via at least one of its ends by a compressed gas to such an extent that it obtains a circular cross-section.

  • Patent number: 5553161
Abstract: In a process for creating a data base for the reproduction of a copy on a web of material, primary colors are first applied on a sample of the web of material singly, in pairs, or three together in different quantitative proportions of color (a1, a2, a3) in respectively predetermine screen areas (16). Then, the individual screen areas (16) are colorimetrically measured in order to determine color correction values dependent on the quantitative proportions of color (a1, a2, a3). Thereafter, a dot-by-dot colorimetric measurement of the copy takes place in order to obtain, in each case, color values of the copy. The color values are then corrected by the color correction values in order to obtain corrected quantitative proportions of color for each dot of the copy. These corrected quantitative proportions of color are stored and can be used at a later point in time in order to define, for example, hole sizes in the screen printing stencils for reproduction of the copy.

  • Patent number: 5434207
Abstract: Preparation of plasticizer-containing polyvinylbutyrals (PVB) which are suitable for the production of elastic interleaving films with improved adhesion-reducing properties for laminated glass panes of siliceous glass. They comprise, as adhesion-reducing additives, active amounts of salts of metals of groups Ia, IIa, IIb and IIIa of the periodic table of the elements and naturally occurring resin acids or derivatives of resin acids, and, if appropriate, customary stabilizers and auxiliaries. They are prepared by mixing the components and plasticizing the component mixtures. They can be shaped thermo-plastically by customary methods and are suitable for the production of plasticized PVB films which have advantageously improved adhesion-reducing properties with respect to siliceous glass panes and can advantageously be used for the production of siliceous laminated glass panes.
