  • Publication number: 20230061823
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for menstrual cycle onset prediction are described. The method may include receiving physiological data associated with a user from a wearable device, the physiological data including at least temperature data. The method may include fitting the received temperature data to a trigonometric or polynomial function including a plurality of features and calculating a duration between the plurality of features and a corresponding plurality of menstrual cycle onset days. The method may include estimating a future menstrual cycle onset day that the user experiences a first day of a menstrual cycle based on applying the duration to a most recent feature of the trigonometric or polynomial function. In some cases, the method may include causing a graphical user interface of a user device to display an indication of the estimated future menstrual cycle onset day.

  • Publication number: 20220296117
Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for measuring photoplethysmogram. The apparatus includes a ring structure with at least one photon source and at least one photon detector positioned on an inner surface of the ring structure. The apparatus further includes a controller configured to measure a preliminary photoplethysmogram during a first time period by taking a first number of samples, determine a form factor from said preliminary photoplethysmogram, determine an inter beat interval from said preliminary photoplethysmogram, and use the form factor and the inter beat interval to determine a second number of samples to be taken during a second time period of measurement of the photoplethysmogram and the distribution of the samples to be taken in function of time.

  • Publication number: 20220110547
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing guidance during rest and recovery are described. A method may include receiving physiological data associated with a user from a wearable device. The method may include providing, to a user device associated with the user, a first set of physical activity targets and a first set of activity messages based on the received physiological data, where the first set of physical activity targets and the first set of activity messages associated with a first operational mode associated with the user. The method may include identifying a trigger to transition from the first operational mode to a second operational mode associated with the user.
