Abstract: A time code generator for generating a time-coded pulse sequence comprising a digital clock for generating time information in a BCD code, six BCD-to-decimal coder stages each coupled to a corresponding output terminal of the digital clock and six binary multiplexer stages connected through a diode matrix to the BCD-to-decimal coder stages. A clock pulse generator for generating clock pulses at a predetermined frequency, a decoder coupled to the binary multiplexer stages, a follow-up counter for serially energizing the binary multiplexer stages and a frequency divider for controlling the clock pulse generator, follow-up counter, decoding and binary multiplexer stages are provided.A NAND gate is coupled to the outputs of the binary multiplexer stages, a mode switch to the output of the NAND gate and a first and second output signal amplifiers are coupled to the mode switch.
