    Abstract: The present invention describes 2-methyl-quinazoline compounds of general formula (I), methods of preparing said compounds, intermediate compounds useful for preparing said compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and combinations comprising said compounds, and the use of said compounds for manufacturing pharmaceutical compositions. The 2-methyl substituted quinazoline compounds of general formula (I) effectively and selectively inhibit the Ras-Sos interaction without significantly targeting the EGFR receptor. They are therefore useful for the treatment or prophylaxis of diseases, in particular of hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer as a sole agent or in combination with other active ingredients.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a brushless electric motor—preferably for a vehicle fan—having an armature which is supported on both sides in a housing, wherein the housing consists substantially of a plastic-containing material and is provided with a preferably substantially tapered casing section as well as two cover sections onto or into both cover sections one bearing each is formed for the armature shaft, and said two cover sections being connected to each other via the casing section and being supported by each other, as well as a stator assembly which extends between the housing casing and the armature wherein the housing is further provided with at least one molded body made of a plastic-containing material for receiving the stator assembly while at the same time determining the axial and radial position, said molded bodies, in turn, being clamped between the cover sections and the casing section in a radial and axial direction, and in this way reinforcing the housing.

    Abstract: A process and apparatus for bonding and embossing of sheet material is disclosed. The apparatus uses a pair of rotating calender rollers which are spaced apart. Sheet material is introduced into the space between the rollers. The calender rollers are equipped with raised, discrete points which form a surface design and determine the embossing design produced on the sheet material. The calender rollers are each driven at a synchronous speed by a drive system having the capability of varying the speed of one roller for a short period of time. This change in speed causes the surface designs of both calender rollers to shift relative to one another. This results in different degrees of overlap between opposing pairs of raised points. Thus, different embossing surface patterns can be produced as the overlapping areas are adjusted while the machines are in operation. This eliminates the necessity of replacing the calender rollers when a change of embossing patterns is desired.

    Abstract: The control circuit and apparatus is used and utilized with and by internal combustion engines that employ injector pumps for delivery of fuel to cylinders. Usually this arrangement includes metering and often the engine is a diesel engine. The fuel is delivered at a given flow rate which is in excess of the required flow and this excess is returned through a return conduit to a supply tank. The invention provides for electrically actuating apparatus for effectively terminating the supply of fuel to the injector pump. Five circuit arrangements are depicted, a first arrangement includes a solenoid actuated valve in the supply line and an electrically actuated return flow pump in the return line. A second arrangement has a return flow pump in the delivery line with the return flow pump, when actuated, having a greater flow capability than the transfer pump. A third arrangement employs two electrically actuated three-way valves and associated by-pass conduits in the delivery line.
