  • Publication number: 20030167186
Abstract: A computer-aided method is for documenting a medically insignificant finding. By way of example, a display device on the computer system is used to display an electronic form suitable for the documentation to a doctor. The doctor then need activate only a single input element on the computer system, so that the activated input element is used to complete the electronic form automatically using prescribed data which are stored on the computer system and associated with an insignificant medical finding. A computer-aided method is also for documenting a medical finding. For this method, a display device on a computer system is used to display an electronic form suitable for the documentation to the doctor, for example. When the electronic form has been completed using data associated with the medical finding, a single input element on the computer system is activated, and the activated input element automatically prompts performance of at least one action by the computer system.

  • Publication number: 20030095712
Abstract: In a method for determining a data-compression method from a set of data-compression methods for data compression of an image dataset allocated to an image, the image dataset is data-compressed at a first location, the data-compressed image dataset is transmitted via an information transmission network to a second location, and the data-compression methods from among the set of data-compression methods exhibit different compression factors, dependent on one or more criteria.

  • Publication number: 20030074221
Abstract: In a method for a data processing facility to control and monitor the process sequence of a telemedical healthcare service which is to be provided. On the basis of at least one criterion, a service facility available for providing a particular subsidiary service of the healthcare service is automatically instructed by the central data processing facility to provide the particular subsidiary service. The central data processing facility then monitors whether the respective subsidiary service is provided and transmitted to the central data processing facility by the instructed service facility in good time on the basis of a time stipulation, and/or whether the respective subsidiary service provided satisfies a quality stipulation.

  • Publication number: 20030018736
Abstract: A system for the acquisition and evaluation of regionally grouped, up-to-date medical data has devices for the acquisition of the medical data, devices for the transmission of the medical data to a system center, an evaluation device for the medical data, devices for interrogating the evaluated, medical data, and devices for the transmission of the evaluated, medical data from the system center. The system center has a memory for the acquired medical data and reference values for the medical data, and the evaluation device includes a comparator for comparing the medical data to the stored reference values to produce an evaluation result.
