Abstract: A spacer for loading pallets comprises a tubular member having a number of pointed securing tabs (3a) adapted to penetrate into and connect the tubular member to a deck-forming member of the loading pallet, and a number of support members (3) extending at a right angle to the securing tabs and being formed, like the securing tabs, in one piece with the tubular member. The spacer is prepared from a thin-walled sheet metal portion, which has been given a polygonal tubular shape in cross section by axially extending bending zones (7) located in border areas between securing tabs (3a) and support members (3). Each tube wall portion (12) defined by two adjacent bending zones (7) and associated to a supporting member (3) extends at an angle to two other adjacent tube wall portions (12) located on opposite sides thereof.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a product, especially a loading pallet, comprising a sheet-like or flat part and one or more projections or spacing members attached thereto, each member being attached to the sheet part by means of a mounting having an angle-shaped cross-section, wherein one flange of the mounting is surrounding perimeterally or peripherally an end portion of the spacing member and attached thereto by a first series of anchor tabs extending inwardly from the flange and forced to penetrate into the surface of the spacing member, while the other flange of the mounting is abutted against a surface of the sheet part and attached to the sheet part by means of a second series of anchor tabs projecting from that surface of the flange which is directed away from the spacing member and penetrated into the surface of the sheet part, said second flange being slotted or cut at adequate locations so as to permit the perimeteral or peripheral surrounding of the spacing member by the first flange.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a fastening device for use in collapsible containers of the kind comprising on one hand a wall portion including a plurality of walls which are interconnected by means of hinges, on the other at least one sheet portion detachably connected to the wall portion, e.g. a bottom or a lid, at least one locking mechanism being associated with the sheet portion or alternatively the wall portion, the locking mechanism comprising one or a plurality of locking members which are each movable between a locking position inside a recess of the wall portion or alternatively the sheet portion and a releasing position outside the recess, wherein the locking members are arranged to press the sheet portion and wall portion against each other by a wedging action on the introduction of the locking members into the recesses.
