Abstract: A hybrid powertrain for a vehicle includes an internal combustion engine having a crank shaft rotatable about a geometric axis, an electric machine and a transmission having an input shaft rotatable about the geometric axis, and a clutch by which clutch the internal combustion engine and the transmission are selectively connectable to each other. A rotor of the electric machine is arranged on the crank shaft for rotating together with the crank shaft about the geometric axis, and the clutch is a dog clutch arranged for connecting and disconnecting the crank shaft of the internal combustion engine and the input shaft of the transmission to and from each other.

Abstract: A dual clutch transmission is described having first and second input shafts and allowing at short axial length many degrees of freedom for providing various transmission ratios of the individual driving gears. A loose wheel of a reverse driving gear is provided on a third drive shaft and engages a first gear wheel of a step wheel. A fixed wheel of a second forward driving gear is provided on one of the input shafts and is engaged by a second gear wheel of a step wheel. The step wheel is switchable by a first gear shifting clutch that is provided on the second drive shaft and is designed as a first single gear shifting clutch allowing to connect only the step wheel in a rotationally fixed manner to the second drive shaft such that the step wheel co-rotates with the second drive shaft.

Abstract: A dual clutch for a transmission with a first transmission input shaft and a second transmission input shaft that is positioned in coaxial relation to the first transmission input shaft. The dual clutch comprises a clutch portion comprising a hollow cylinder portion for transmitting torque, wherein the hollow cylinder portion is provided in a radial position between a clutch axle and a clutch hub, is rotatable in relation to the clutch axle and the clutch hub, and comprises at least one opening allowing oil to be fed from the clutch axle to the clutch hub. This design allows supply of hydraulic oil, sufficient cooling oil, and at the same time flexibility in attaching auxiliary engines such as an electromotor to the dual clutch.
