  • Publication number: 20230358026
Abstract: A drain strainer is provided that includes a flange and a basket. The flange transitions to a central cavity. The basket defines the central cavity and includes perforations that are sized to enable liquid to drain through the basket while debris is collected in the basket. The basket has a flexibility of a sufficient value such that the basket may be stretched in a downstream direction to a predetermine value and then released to eject the debris from the basket.

  • Patent number: 11684534
Abstract: Presented is a chiropractic adjustment and soft tissue mobilization tool. The tool includes a flat bottom section, and a spine adjustment section. The spine adjustment section includes two raised supports aligned substantially parallel, and a spine accommodating area formed along and between the length of the two raised supports for supporting an intended vertebrae portion of a patient's spine during chiropractic adjustment. The spine adjustment section further transitions to form a protruding edge adapted for performing soft tissue mobilization. The protruding edge further protrudes upwardly and rolls off to form a planar raised surface parallel to the flat bottom. Each side of the spine adjustment section features a recessed area formed thereof to allow a provider to hold the tool with the provider's fingertips and to aid in collection and re-dispersal of lotion applied during soft tissue mobilization procedure.

  • Publication number: 20230130874
Abstract: Cysteine engineered antibodies comprising a free cysteine amino acid in the heavy chain or light chain are prepared by mutagenizing a nucleic acid sequence of a parent antibody and replacing one or more amino acid residues by cysteine to encode the cysteine engineered antibody; expressing the cysteine engineered antibody; and isolating the cysteine engineered antibody.

  • Publication number: 20150120862
Abstract: A data recovery software program and delivery system is provided that is designed to operate independently of an installed host computer operating system for extracting information from memory storage devices and hard drives of the host computer, and overwriting the information on the host computer, once the information has been extracted from the host computer, so that no others can retrieve the information from the host computer. The data recovery software allows a user to restart a computer that is still mechanically operative, but has experienced an operating system failure. The data recovery software is able to gain control of a host computer even when there are failed sectors on the hard drive of the host computer. The data recovery software system can be loaded universal serial bus (USB) flash drives, compact discs, digital versatile discs, or other external storage devices that are USB or firewire IEEE 1394 interface enabled.

  • Publication number: 20070228592
Abstract: The present invention is a method for performing a calibration routine of a deposition device in a three-dimensional modeling machine that deposits a material to build up three-dimensional objects as directed by a controller on a substrate mounted on a platform. The method comprises generating a material build profile, which represents a three-dimensional structure at defined locations. A relative position of the material build profile is then determined. An expected build profile is identified and then compared to the determined relative position of the material build profile to identify any difference which represents an offset. The modeling system then positions the deposition device based upon the offset.

  • Publication number: 20060233814
Abstract: Methods of killing or inhibiting tumors comprising of heterogeneous or mixed cell populations is described. The killing or inhibition of tumors is achieved by selectively targeting a unique ligand suspected of being expressed on a particular cell population to also kill a cell population lacking the unique ligand. These conjugates have therapeutic use as they are delivered to a specific cell population to kill these cells and the cytotoxic drug is released to kill non-targeted cells, thereby eliminating the tumor.

  • Publication number: 20060004472
Abstract: Systems and methods for the collaborative design, construction, and maintenance of fluid processing plants are provided. A collaborative commerce application may provide project management utilities, visualization utilities, dynamic pricing utilities, material procurement utilities, and certification utilities. These features may be integrated seamlessly into the collaborative commerce application. Communication among project team members in the design and construction of fluid processing plants may be made more efficient by providing automatic notifications via the collaborative commerce application. Version control may be used to ensure project team members are working with the latest designs and revisions. Access controls and other security features may be used to prevent confidential data from being disseminated unnecessarily.
