    Abstract: An applicator for adhesive film to a surface has a supply spool for tape carrying the film and a take-up member coupled to the supply spool by a drive mechanism. The tape passes around an applicator member which is resiliently mounted on the housing and can press the tape against the substrate so that the adhesive film is transferred to the latter.
